Purchased Sumatran de CAF beans, were delivered a bag of essentially beans with just the business logo, and the spring water process on it. What was weird is I sent the business 7 photos of everything, the box, invoice bag the beans came in, to add insult to injury they then asked for photos of the beans delivered. It's like they lost control of their ordering and dispatch side of their business. I binned the beans, it feels weird the seller can't tell me what I bought.

Great customer service and products – Firstly I was drawn to their online store with their rare and specialty coffee beans as well as their flavoured coffee beans. I had questions before I placed an online order and my query was answered within 10 minutes or less. After placing my online order it actually arrived the same week I ordered and it had to come from interstate, I have never had an order arrive so fast from interstate, just amazing and this family owned store prides itself on great customer service and great quality coffee etc. They also have a cafe and shop front, however I am unable to visit due to it being in another state, but I wish I could get their.

The flavoured coffee beans I ordered are great and I have since placed a second order yesterday and it was posted yesterday, no mucking around just got in the post for me asap, you can't ask for more than that.

Online ordering is easy and they have a selection of payment methods plus they are super organized and get your items off to you the same day and they also sell some great flavoured Teas as well and pods for coffee machines and you get your bag of beans either as beans or ground up already, I prefer the beans because I love the smell of freshly ground coffee.
