Gutter Guys

The Installer was excellent. Gutter Guys solved the problems presented and got the work done. I was pretty happy with the install. He even recommended a better solution at no extra cost.

Never use! – I asked for my whole house to be re-done. They did it 6 weeks later than promised. The guy was lazy and left my side gate open when he left and left rubbish behind. 2 years later when cleaning a gutter realised they never replaced the worst one that was full of holes. It was at back of house and not a place I easily see or access as it’s a wall right up against neighbour’s house. When I called and spoke to the same lady I spoke to 2 years ago she said business sold and she has no record ( my warranty and receipt never sent to me) I asked her if this particular gutter would normally be included but she said she didn’t know. Then she let it slip and said she owned the business so I said “ how can you own it and not know?” She told me to send her the invoice for materials as it was only proof I had that they did the work. I never heard back from her. Now I have moisture damage to my house

I can't rate them at all, but you have to choose a minimum of 1 to get this app to work – One of us took a day off work to enable access to our property for the company owner. Arranged that he would call but he didn't bother. Secretary made up false excuses. Very disrespectful. Trust me they are dishonest and just don't care. I wouldn't let them change a light bulb, let alone do my roof gutters.

Won't come to house for quote – Get a free quote they advertise but when I called, they asked if it was for the whole house, when I said No, they said they won't come out and do a quote. So therefore, what happens if they find a problem. I get a bill I wasn't expecting? No thanks, that's poor service , or no service. no business for them.
