Healthy and Active

So I accidentally ordered something that should come to me in a brown paper bag, and then when I realised, I sent them an email (18 mins later) to say it was an accidental purchase and could they please refund me? No contact at all. So I lodged a Paypal dispute. I also tried to find some way (other than email) to get in touch and a few hours later I gave them a call. [Name Removed], told me that the product was dispatched and there was absolutely not a damned thing he could do about it. So I gathered his said tracking number and noted it was from DHL locally to him. So I tried to give them a call (don't bother they don't answer the phone, so not at all sure why they have a contact number to begin with). I got back in touch with [Name Removed] and asked him to please go down to his warehouse as the item had not actually left his building (thanks DHL) yet and could he please grab it and refund me. Apparently not. So I went back to the DHL website and found that [Name Removed] could actually redirect the item back to himself, so I called him again and he was having none of it. So I've been emailing him suggestions about how to improve his customer service for about 5 hours now (gosh I hope it's been as annoying as this whole episode has been for me and that brown paper bag). I sugggested he save his company some cash by getting the warehouse to grab it back out (nope), by asking DHL to redirect it back to himself (nope), by contacting paypal and bringing this entire saga to a fabulous ending (nope) and then I noted that they price guarantee their products against other rival companies and low and behold [Name Removed] isn't so keen on that either. So I do believe that a "don't even bother with them" review may very well do the trick. DON'T BOTHER WITH THEM, THEY ARE AS FRUSTRATING AS ANY YANK (pun intended)
