Easy to navigate, order and receive the goods but I am disappointed about how difficult it is to receive reward points, my name & card # should suffice but no, I have to give my password which has disappeared in the mists of time...so, no points..

reliable. Order to dispatch times have always been very timely. There are some busy periods where it'll take a couple days extra but I've never had to wait longer than a week.

They're not able to dispense all the scripts I need, but they do have the majority of them. The meds I need that don't have a concession price are cheaper from HealthyLife than any of my local chemists, including the major discount chemist chains (this is actually how I found out about them; I couldn't afford them at my local chemist and was researching if any chemists had them cheaper). In the long-run I've saved a lot of money and time using HealthyLife. I think the larger benefit, for me, is that it's allowed me to feel like I have more a bit more autonomy and control over my medication.

If you get meds with repeats, you can even set up a rolling subscription so they ship your repeats out to you automatically; I like that they email to warn you that the subscription date is coming up, so if you need to cancel or postpone it for any reason, you have time to do so.

I have had to communicate with the company a few times. I have a few supplement products that I was originally buying through a healthcare provider, that are significantly cheaper on the HealthyLife website. They're technically a "practitioner only" products, so HealthyLife needed to call me to check I know how to take them. I am not great with phone calls due to disability, but it was fairly quick and not too stressful.

They've also emailed/texted me before as the pharmacist ran into issues with my concession card when I first started using them. I appreciated them reaching out via both methods and provided the necessary details. My scripts were dispensed soonafter.

All in all, I'm extremely glad HealthyLife online pharmacy exists. I wish I'd known about it sooner.

I even reached out to their team before proceeding with the Telehealth portion of the order, simply asking for clarification. Their response? That they “don’t know” because it’s handled by a third party. If your own staff can’t explain how your own ordering process works, that’s a major red flag.

For the past three days I’ve been trying to obtain a straightforward medication, and instead I’ve been passed around, misinformed, and left in the dark. Only after charging me and processing part of the order did they finally offer clarity on something that should have been communicated from the start.

Customer service is defensive, dismissive, and clearly not aligned with the systems they expect customers to navigate. The entire experience feels disorganized at best and misleading at worst.

Save yourself the frustration. This pharmacy needs serious improvement in transparency, communication, and overall customer care. I will not be ordering from them again. I’m also lodging a complain to ACCC.

I waited a week after sending my paper script to healthylife before ordering my order of medication. taken them to pack my orders. I do find the site easy to navigate when looking for things I need to buy. Always happy with the price of my meds which is why I keep buying them from here. I do think tho that healthylife should think about finding a way to be able to "store" our scripts so that we can see what we have in the system also showing how many scripts are left for a particular product. Would make life a little easier not trying to find a box I may have thrown out already to see what it says. Every time I've had to ring healthylife to talk about my meds or new ones i need to take that i havent had before they have been amazing on the phone and very helpful.

Fantastic customer service with Ashleigh from Customer care. Had a little detour with my parcel arriving late and the box damaged causing my product to have burst open She was onto it immediately. new product arrived withing 2 days and a $10 voucher for future use too. I live remotely in the pilbara. Our chemist sometimes doesn't have items in and it can take a while to arrive. Coming across healthy life has been a life saver. I order my families medication and it comes so quickly!! I will be using them for years to come. Easy to use and quick postage! 10/10

My wife was looking for Arpege by Lanvin perfume and Healthylife had it at a good price. Their service was great, we were advised at all times the progress of our order which arrived securely packaged within four days. We received a $10 discount as a new customer.

Very happy to find Good Mix Blend 11 at Healthy Life Pharmacy....close to home. Arrived next day, well packaged so thanks for an amazing shopping experience. Perhaps I could make a suggestion re postage labelling...darker, bigger print for AusPost to see more clearly as mine went to the wrong number, but that is their problem. Highly recommend Healthy Life for great products, prices and quick delivery.
