Followed the instructions exactly and it’s done absolutely nothing since starting to use the device 12 weeks ago. My skin tone and hair colour are within the range that they say should work, but so far I may as well have just been holding a regular light to my skin. Absolutely pointless machine and I feel totally ripped off. Definitely do not recommend.

Under NZ Consumer Law, a replacement for a faulty product within 90 days is not goodwill — it’s their legal obligation, including covering return shipping. Despite this, I’m still trying to return the device, and now they want me to pay for shipping and just do me a refund.
Their product is unreliable, and their service is horrendous. Based on my experience, they are failing to meet their obligations under New Zealand consumer law.
