Useless – They provide no customer service, if your seller doesnt send you your item bad luck! Good bye money... if you are gonna buy off this site only spend small amount because there is no guarantee that it will arrive at all. And no chance of a refund.

Fake suppliers!! – Do not buy from this site, you will not receive your goods and they will keep your money!! You will get fake messages, to say goods are coming but will never receive!!

Never received – I ordered a watch last November and still haven't received it. After all the messages back and forth they keep saying it's with customs and will follow up it's becoming a joke the last message I received it's lost in customs and will send you a pair of sunglasses instead. I am so annoyed just need someone to be straight with me and send what I ordered, Breitling watch. Pl Ase respond urgently.

Received My Items – I was a bit sceptical from the site, but I made sure that all my purchases were made through paypal. I received all of my handbags (3) in the timeframe that I was notified and they were perfect. I strongly recommend making all of your purchases only from sellers that accept paypal, in case theres an issue you can get your money back. On the down side the tracking number isn't very helpful but I did receive all of my items in under a month

NEVER USE IT!!! – Placed two orders with different sellers. Didn't receive a single item. Wen't to contact sellers and their profiles disappeared out of thin air. Save yourself the time and money from this scam.

Scaming site – Took my money, do not buy from ioffer even made sure they had pay pal before i bought and even thats a drama trying to get money back. Costumer service in ioffer dont want to know about your problems so why would you even bother with that site if they wont even try help get the people caught out for not sending the items, they dont care.

Scammm please do not waste ur money – I bought 4 pairs of Nike shoes about 4 mounts ago and I still haven’t receive them and I msg the smelly for my money to be refunded they keep saying wait anothe 15 days pls do not buy anything Of this website I spent like $400 I can’t even get my money back so disappointed.

Scam do not order from them – I ordered a pair of Nike shoes they took my money but I never received the shoe's. They will answer all your questions but once they have your money you do not hear from them again. Scam be very careful do not buy from them...

Ripped Off Site – I order 2 items once coming broken , second totally different , no way to recovery your payments, sellers don't care at all. All feedback for seller fake. Any right for buyers to recovery or refunds - just lost money

Until now the 12th of Feb 2019 i still have not received my item, i had asked many times but this seller seemed to reply with the same messages which said " please pick up your item from your local post office… Read more

asap". But as i went to my local post office and given them my tracking number, they told me, the item was never arrived in Australia or existed in China and twice in two weeks i went to the post office and the same answer i got. But this seller kept on sending me the same messages everytime he/she replied.

To my knowledge i think this seller is a Con artist and i hope that ioffer the site will investigate about this seller so it will not happen to others out there. Or otherwise i will not trust this ioffer site at all in the future. I am not trusting this site already, my advise to others is: shop at Ebay or other sites that has had insurance like the middle man like Ebay for example. As for ioffer, it will not take responsible for our losses or what so ever.

May 29th 2019 Update: shoes and slippers

I ordered one pair of lady shoe and a pair of slipper. But never received it, all is gone with the money i paid for, i like to advise to other shoppers; do not trust this iOffer site and these two sellers "liuyang520" and "sldrnulvd".

scam – Deducted more money than should have, didn't receive goods, did not respond to 4 emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Get away with it by blaming the sellers and saying its up to them to refund

Ripped off – I made the mistake of ordering then looking at reviews. Seller sent me a piece of cloth in place of my $60 shoes. Very common from the reviews ive read. Expect all ioffer sellers to rip you off. Dont use this site. Use paypal only people.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! – took three months to get some shoes and didnt get the colour or design i chose. mascara and perfumes never received and ive lost all that money, the sellers dont care and are all scammers!

Scam – Dont use this site guys. When you put your credit card details. They steal your money. No damn privacy. I lost my money twice then i realized this is the place from where my credit card detail has been leaked

Fake tracking numbers, product not received – Fake tracking number, been over two months and still product not here. No refunds and no response from sellers at all. Disgusting.

No delivery no response – Don't be encouraged by the low prices as it is unlikely you will receive the products you have ordered. There is no follow up by ioffer on disputes, and if the seller chooses not to reply to your request, that is where it ends. The only possibility for refund is through the financial service you paid with. My recommendation Do not use this site.

Should be zero stars – DO NOT I repeat do not waste your time and especially hard earned money buying anything from this site, the low life Asian sellers take your money, give fake tracking number, do not answer email messages and do not give refund. iOffer does not care and hold no responsibility yet they are the platform these scumbags use to lie and deceive! Worst site ever – I spent around $300 on buying things on ioffer for my kids and i to pack for our holiday. Shoes and bags etc and paid on the spot. Its been 10 weeks and i haven't heard anything from the sellers. They gave me fake tracking numbers. I've disputed it and still no luck. Its been a really stressful upsetting experience. Do not buy off ioffer.

Ripped off no item – I ordered quite a lot from this site, A j.b.l speaker after second charge it wouldn’t work. A tracksuit felt yuk. Got no Nike tights I ordered and never recieved my 1st item a pair of adidas track pants. May have got 1 or 2 ok things . Be careful the pic ain’t the item.

Looking through sneakers, we see such deals as a pair of Adidas kicks for $3.50! Amazing!

Click buy. And then you put your address in and that's it.

You wait for the "seller" to send you their details to pay them - which is a HUGE MISTAKE. (iOffer is a mistake altogether so just, wait for it).

You can choose to pay with PayPal! Great right?

Nope. Because the site just breaks when it says "Go to PayPal". And messaging "Sellers" end up responses that are made up by random words pieced together from a 3rd grades story time papers.

The "Seller" then sends you the item and you wait for it to be delivered.

....M. Night Shyamalan Plot Twist! It never arrives.

Ok, so you might be wondering how did I come to the conclusion that it's a scam.

I had purchased 12 items. All from different "Sellers" (Why I keep putting quotations is because when you buy something, the seller just disappears and doesn't have any listings).

Only 1 out 12 items arrived. And it was wrong.

I had to contact my bank to do a chargeback because the seller was just providing nonsensical answers.

The other items, all had tracking numbers. Tracking is great right?

NOPE. Tracking doesn't exist on this planet. Maybe on Mercury or something. But every tracking number you get doesn't do anything. Even if you use 17Track etc. You will never find out where the parcel is (Because it's likely the item doesn't exist and you just handed over money to someone who just ran away and thought they made a quick buck).

So you can't contact iOffer and say - "Hey you guys run a site that's completely useless right?"

You can't do anything. You ask "Where is my item"

"dear friend item is stuck customs from you will be come soon please wait patient".

Sorry that was what? After waiting 6 MONTHS to see if anything would turn up, iOfficially gave up (Get it)

Even the sellers have a feedback system and it's like a copy and paste system. The same comments on different items.

Such a bizarre website, dodgy and just plain awful. Stay away from it at all costs. If it looks too good to be true. It is. Trust me, I tried several times.

Thankfully charge backs exist and are used for a reason. While it takes a while. It's worth it.

Can't give them 0 stars – Shopping66882017 seller has sent me the same messages nack for the past 3 months that my order is in transit and they will update me soon.. I have requested a refund countless times and all I get is ignored.. The website itself cannot authorize refunds so the whole website is a scam to take peoples money.. I will continue to post bad reviews every where I can so no one else purchases from this website

Dodgy site, beware! – Ordered and paid for a bag. The order was not processed by the seller. Poor communication, so I reported a problem with both PayPal and ioffer. PayPal refunded the money and the order was cancelled. I will not use this site again. Bad experience.

Too bad – It's horrible. They don't sell what is on the site and you can't get a refund back. It has happened to me four times, the last one the seller said he'll refund and that's the last I heard from him. Simply put, ioffer is fraud.

This website should be shut down and investigated – Stay away from this Website - we ordered 4 Windcheaters- 3 came- they were all very thin and very small- the fourth one never came- do not give them your credit card number?

Waste of time and money – Ordered three items from various sellers over 1 month ago only one came through and it was the wrong size save your money and either go through EBay or Wish at least they offer a money back guarantee. You have been warned!!!

SCAM WEBSITE – Stay AWAY from ioffer website it’s a scam... you just purchase items and never receive them!! I just purchased from there and with in a week I received an email that item will b posted back to seller as seller didn’t do ioffer policies standards... who knows it didn’t even make sense. I’m trying to complain to PayPal and hopefully get a refund..
