This company did an incredible job on our property! Our garden was unkept and overgrown requiring tree cutting and much needed pruning. Nada responded promptly. She was very kind and efficient from beginning to end, leaving our property in perfect condition, clean and polished once again. Thankyou so much Nada, we are so grateful. Edward - Jims Mowing Lutana Tas, was a very pleasant young man from start to finish. We had a quote within 3 hrs of initial phone call. Two days later my elderly parents very overgrown lawn was beautifully mown. Surrounding trees cleared by hand. Clippings removed. Edward was a diligent worker with a strong work ethic. A pleasant young man who rates 11/10 & will be booked again.

I was impressed with the prompt follow up with my initial enquiry. We were able to obtain a quote and book in the job at a suitable time. The guy came on time and did an excellent job. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Roger assessed the work to be done accurately and at a reasonable price, and Cameron did an amazing overhaul of my garden, including heavy pruning, removal of overcrowding spider plants, liriopes and winter weeds, and removal of tree stumps. My garden is ready for a new life. A truly excellent job. Thank you.

Paul was excellent completing a few odd jobs for us. He also accepted last minute requested work. Communication was fast. Professional, efficient and did more than was asked for.

obstacles. I have paid more in the past when I’ve asked for multiple services, so I’m not expecting every job to cost $70. But this particular job was never discussed with me as a $500 job before the work was done.

When I questioned the charge and asked for a breakdown, I received a text saying the $500 included mowing, a $100 dumping fee and $50 for weed spraying. That still isn't an itemised invoice showing how the $500 was actually calculated, including the hours worked or hourly rate.

I was then told that my green bin wasn't used and the lawn waste was taken away, which apparently resulted in the $100 dumping fee. I have a green bin available at the property and had never previously been charged this fee despite using the same franchisee for years.

I was also charged $50 for weed spraying, despite no weed spraying being carried out on my property.

As of posting this, I still haven't received an actual itemised invoice showing the hours worked or how the remaining amount was calculated.

I contacted Jim's Mowing directly to try to get some help with this. I was told they couldn't assist because I hadn't obtained a quote for this particular job — despite having used the same franchisee for years and regularly having the same mowing service done for around $70.

Now I'm left trying to get someone to follow up with me and explain how this basic lawn job somehow cost more than it would have cost me to buy my own lawn mower.

Wifi. I thought the whole house power was blown, new TV etc Replacement WIFI Modem cost to me $120. Back hose damaged on visit 2. Front hose damaged on visit 3 Plant pot broken visit 4 Nearly broke Side Gate, would have cost me $600. ●Despite my Viet friend speaking to him over ph in Vietnamese.

The lawn grass was very low, easy to mow but as they were leaving I had to request to return & clean up Yard of leaves. The original quote $90 became $95 when he arrived with QUASIM & wanted payment before job was started. No change from $100. I told him when he came to quote that I had travelled in Afghanistan & found people there good. When he returned to mow he clearly thought I was a female pushover to be taken advantage of.

Both [Name Removed] were told I needed reliability as I am 78 & dealing with Cancer Care Clinic & was reliant on workers to do a normal predictable mow. My yard is not large. I had Rishu and a random man rock up to quote me, but instead i get asked how much i think i should pay. I dont mow lawns. The 2 areas to mow were so small they finished in 10min. Charged $66.
