straightforward. The instructions were clear and all parts were included. It took about an hour to set up, and I appreciated the emphasis on safety in the design. The frame is sturdy, and the springs are well-covered to prevent any accidental injuries.

The bounce quality is excellent. It's firm yet forgiving, and the rectangular design really does enhance the jumping experience compared to round trampolines.

A great feature is the safety net. It encloses the trampoline securely, and the entrance zipper is strong and easy to use. This gives me peace of mind, knowing my children are safe while using it.

12-yr old son helping and my wife also helping when putting the poles up. Ever since my son and his 8-yr old sister started using it they have fallen in love with it as it allows them to practice the moves they are learning at gymnastics, let alone just having oodles of fun. My son exclaimed one day out of the blue; "I can't tell you how much I love this trampoline". I was particularly impressed with the quality of the various components and how strong the finished product is. was a fair charge with so much weight and items shipped from Perth to Sydney. Can't fault the customer service and the delivery time was great! Was also exciting for the kids to have the basket ball hoop and sprinkler thrown in as a gift. The kids are very happy and loving their trampoline, hopefully it lasts for years to come.

people. Holes weren't lining up or properly drilled so even when you do get it 'together' (I use that term very loosely) correctly (with terrible instructions) you will have a tiny 'lip' of metal there stopping you being able to put the bolt all the way through.

I'm SO glad we didn't attempt to assemble this on Christmas Eve - it would've been a disaster! Santa brought the boxes as we knew our son would love helping Dad build it. Well it took us THREE days of swearing and re-doing before we finally got the tramp together.

The protective mats don't seem very durable and some of the lettering was stuck together / transferred onto the part it was folded back on. I really thought this would be one that would last 10 years - but honestly i think we will maybe get a couple years out of it before it's going to the tip. I would not even give it away.

Certainly not the quality we'd be after, if I could've seen in person - certainly would not have purchased. It feels cheap and I would not let more than 2 kids on there at any time even though it's massive - I just don't trust it. Should've stuck with the Springfree which is what we had last - you couldn't kill it - our kids just outgrew it, and I thought it would be good to get one without nets. However returning freight on 7 x massive long boxes to WA would've cost more than we even paid for the silly thing. Lesson learnt!

Worst Customer Service Ever – Purchased this trampoline for my kids for Christmas back in NOV only to find that the net had a hole in it and a few of the springs where faulty, no extras are supplied so this meant that we had half a trampoline as the mat could not be put on the trampoline! after several contacts with them over 3 MONTHS LATER we received the replacement mat meaning my kids still can not use the trampoline as there are missing springs which makes the mat unsafe, I became frustrated from waiting and having an incomplete 700 dollar trampoline in the back yard, i contacted them for a refund! only to receive a rude response by email stating> that We have sent out a brand new net to you, even though the hole which was in it did not look like a stitching flaw or manufacturing defect, rather it looked as though something had been pushed through your net while assembling the trampoline. However as we are a family owned small business we like to keep our customers happy and resolve things for them, particularly at a special time of the year like Christmas. We covered the cost of the new net + shipping and it has been delivered to you.

I apologise that your springs did not arrive, however it is definitely on the way. Regarding a refund, we don't refund trampolines once they have been used. If the trampoline was new in the carton, we could do that for you if you returned the boxes to our WA warehouse. The trampoline could not be used so is new! But because we took it out of the box to construct for our kids christmas morning they refuse to refund us and then expect us to ship it back when its faulty we opened it to find half of it broken and missing but yet they still cant at least give us half our money back! Its Feb 06th 2018 I have been dealing with them since December 2017 and its still not resolved! I just wasted 700 dollars on crap! Go to kmart at least they put there customers first!

The 7x10ft rectangle trampoline has been excellent for our kids who are now 12 & 14 and still put into good use. It’s stood the test of time and lasted over 5 years. I particularly like the fact that we can replace parts as needed and ad more features over time. Nearly 8 years after buying the trampoline the structure is still very solid. As to be expected some of net enclosure has become damaged over the years, not due to any fault in construction, but just from hard use by the kids and their friends combined with being exposed to the elements 24/7. We have ordered additional accessories from Jumpstar and have found their customer service to be excellent. Overall, we would highly recommend Jumpstar trampolines: Hours of fun for the kids...and occasionally for the grown ups too!
