We purchased a 16ft trampoline with the enclosure. My kids absolutely love it. We have the sprinkler system and basketball hoop installed which is great for some extra added fun for the kids. The team at JumpStar are amazing to deal with and the process of purchasing and pick up was faultless. The price of the trampolines are very reasonable… Read more ·  1

compared to the others. The trampoline was very easy to put together also. I love that we can buy spare parts if needed.

This is our second Jump Star Trampoline. We purchased our first one (10ft rectangle ) in 2017 and it was amazing, only ever replaced the mat in the 8 years we had it. This year we decided to get the kids a new one and went with the 12ft round and they absolutely love it. It took a couple of hours for myself and the kids to set up while hubby… Read more ·  1

was sleeping for night shift, it was super easy and the directions were easy to follow. I love how easy it is to get spare parts if we ever need them. Jump Star is the only trampoline brand we have ever had and we love it.

Have had our trampoline since 2021 and it’s a staple activity in our family. Just last month I was able to replace the net as it was very loved. The customer service is excellent and I love that you can replace parts of the trampoline and that it’s a local Perth business. Thankyou! Show details ·  1

We have had our trampoline for three years. Located on the Sunshine Coast, the weather can be pretty brutal on outdoor toys and it has held up perfectly for the300 kg (6 dogs) of Rottweiler that jump on it. :). Show details ·  1

Follow-up  · The trampoline is situated outside the “ dog playroom” door, so they are on it several times a day every day for eight months of the year(we don’t live in Queensland in summer) Springs are perfect The jump mat is in perfect condition The padded surround mat that covers the springs has aged – and does have some tears but honestly between the… Read more

Long term review - 4 years – We bought a jump star 10 ft round trampoline in April 2020 for our 3 boys, aged 4, 2 and 1 at the time - now 8, 5 and 4. The price was good, and assembly was fine. The trampoline has always felt rigid and safe - and with 3 boys you can guess that it's had a good work out. After 6 months, with the trampoline sitting on grass, I noticed the frame… Read more

was starting to corrode. At 2 years of trampoline age we moved house and the trampoline is on paving and the rate of corrosion appears to have slowed and does not seem to have weakened the frame.

The pads over the springs have gradually deteriorated and are now falling to bits. Every time the kids jump on the trampoline they get worse. I think it's UV damage, the plastic has just lost all strength and is crumbling.

The net has lasted reasonably well, it has stretched a little but has not torn. Recently the stitching between the net and the zip has fallen apart and is getting worse quickly. The only way to make it good again will be to replace the net.

Without replacing the net and pads the trampoline is unsafe to use. So, after 4 years, I am looking at a cost of $55 for a new net and $95 for new pads. I'm disappointed by this. The warranty on net and pads is only one year.

Having only owned one trampoline I don't know how this compares to other trampolines at 4 years of age but I feel that it should have lasted longer.

Our trampoline is in the shade for half the day too, if it was in full sun I am guessing it would have failed sooner.

If anyone is in the market for a trampoline I would recommend they ask their friends and neighbours who have had trampolines how well those brands of trampoline have aged.

Great Kids Trampoline – Purchased for grandchildren aged 2 and 5 with safety net shade and water sprinkler. Assembly was reasonably easy for 2 adults . Took 1.5 hours in 36 deg. heat. Attached the sprinkler feature and connected to hose that cooled down trampoline immediately. Grandchildren had no trouble getting in and out of trampoline enclosure via ladder. Both are… Read more ·  1

having heaps of fun and the mums feedback was "great child minding facility can watch from kitchen window as kids have fun". Impressed by sturdy construction and reasonably clear assembly instructions. Also impressed was supplied in WA at a store with real people and a shop display area not online and bonus we can get parts when they depreciate out over time. Great value for money this Jump Star Trampoline providing safe fun and exercise for small and teen age kids. Our kids had a trampoline for many years ( no safety net or spring padding in those days ) and can see our grand kids will also get lots of fun from this trampoline for many years to come.

Great quality and value – Bought this using money gifted for my son's first birthday and to replace a smaller, older trampoline we had that had started becoming unsafe. I heard many good things about this company and loved the fact that you can replace individual parts eg nets and mats, as cheaper, rather than the whole trampoline if it gets damaged/ripped with time and… Read more ·  1

use . Bonus is that they're local. you can tell it is much better quality than the previous trampoline we had and will last. It has added safety featres of of belts that click together on the outside of trampoline zip to make sure younger ones don't get out themselves as it's quite high up for them. I do find, however, that it is a little hard to close the last bit of the zip as you have to pull the two sides together which is a little hard. Assembly was ok but it definitely helps to view the video online for assembling the mat otherwise it might be a struggle to do this part. All the kids enjoy this trampoline and and have fun on it and we look forward to using the extra bonuses of basketball hoop and sprinkler system too once we attach those.

12ft round trampoline – Great trampoline which we’ve had for many years. The service at the reception was amazing when I went to collect replacement parts. Have had to replace the mat just once so far, however the padding around the edges doesn’t last much more than a couple of years. The zip on our replacement net didn’t last too long either, hence the 3 star rating. Our kids love the trampoline though, as do all their friends. Show details

Waste of money – Terrible trampoline. After only 4 short years the stitching is falling apart. Tried posting a picture on their facebook page and it was deleted without warning and when I asked about it I was blocked from the page. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They use dodgy cotton that falls apart. Bring back the good days where trampolines had nylon stitching!!

We purchased the 8th round with enclosure. Firstly the instore customer support was incredible and helpful and kind! Then we ordered online and it was ready for collection the following day, easy pickup - amazing price. Set up was super easy & the quality is unmatched. Great Trampoline, we got it second hand and it is very solid and durable. My 2.5 year old son loves, it and it has been great to help develop his gross motor skills. We had to get a new enclosure and mat, which was easy to do with the convenient Cannington location of their shop. The staff were very friendly, we were in and out with what we needed and they even helped load the car. The enclosure and mat were really well priced also. Show details ·  1

I highly recommend this type of trampoline, and the Jump Star company as well. I wanted a trampoline where the net was outside the springs as it give so much more jump space for the kids, but the spring covering mat quality is so good and so secure that there is safety concerns at all. Ordering online was easy, and the pick up smooth. Some time but not too difficult to assemble and I love that I can order replacement parts in future as required. Show details ·  1

We bought our first Jumpstar 8ft trampoline with an enclosure back in 2022 and it held up incredibly well through heavy use and harsh weather - right up until a recent, massive storm knocked a big tree onto it and crushed it! We made the mistake of trying a different brand next, tempted by its fully enclosed roof. Big regret. As soon as we opened… Read more ·  1

the box, it was obvious the quality was way off - flimsy, lightweight parts that felt unsafe and cheap. The netting was loose, the zipper didn’t work properly and it felt like a serious accident waiting to happen. We didn’t even let our kids try it before packing it back up.

We’re now happily buying our second Jumpstar—the exact same model as before - because nothing else compares. It’s solid, safe, easy to put together and built to last. Lesson learned: stick with what works. Jumpstar is the real deal.

This is our second trampoline. The first one was not from Jump Star and did not last for long. The best part is that you can assemble yourself and you can see the actual product before purchase. They both jump together with no problem. Mind it, both my kids are medium to small built. If you are looking for a starter trampoline - this is the place! For upgraded professional levels I am not sure yet. Let the years pass by.

It is difficult to attach the extra attachments like basketball hoop or crazy sprinkler. You will need more attachments on top of the extra provided parts. Check this with suppliers beforehand.
