stopped worked properly and started heating up the watch when on charge. It was at that point I decided to cut our losses with a month still left on the phone plan and look into other options. After some research I chose Kids O’clock - he ease and simplicity of the purchase, sign up, watch set up has been great compared to Spacetalk.

The Kids O’clock watch itself does everything you need, and I would actually say the interface is better and clearer to navigate than Spacetalk. The battery also lasts two days (compared to one day with Spacetalk), which is great for sleepovers, I don’t have to pack the charger now.

I haven’t had to use Kids O’Clock customer service (because the watch has just worked), so I can’t talk to that, however the reviews I found on Kids O’Clock when considering the purchase highlighted positive customer service experiences, which further influenced my purchase.

We love kids o’clock, very easy to communicate with the kids and also can monitor what they do on the watch, we love how much there is on the watch alarms , location, steps and much more we highly recommend kids o’clock (:

I purchased two watches for my two daughters. They are accurate in locating on the map and convenient to call my kids. We tried another brand and found kidsoclock are more reliable. The downside is the price, which is quite expensive as a kids watch. Show details

I bought this watch GL30 for my primary school aged daughter. Now that she is becoming more independent, I wanted it for emergencies and to be able to track and contact her without giving her internet access. I also like that I can restrict who can contact her. She was very excited by the watch and particularly liked the step and heart monitor. I would recommend this watch for children who are too young for a mobile phone.

I would avoid this product at all costs. Their claim that “IP67 water and dust resistance protects the watch from accidental damage… we recommend avoiding intentional water contact, as this may void the warranty” is basically a loophole they use to deny refunds. “water damage” with zero evidence provided. They refused a refund and would only offer another replacement, despite the watch failing twice.

Based on our experience — and many similar reviews — this feels incredibly dodgy.

Wouldn’t recommend! - Feeling very frustrated. We were initially sent a SIM card that wasn’t working and then had to wait two weeks for another to be posted, now I’m being told that I have to pay more for the initial sim details to be transferred to the new one.. customer service have not responded to an email sent at 14.38 leaving my son without the watch for another weekend!  Show details

Loved the idea of this watch but have had issues with it since purchasing. The remote photo and monitoring NEVER worked. The tracking feature was not reliable and half the time said it was "offline" and wouldn't update location even though it was turned on and calls were working. hours, despite being on charge overnight and barely using it. Not sure is we just got a dud, but for us it's been a regretful purchase and I wouldn't recommend to others.

Great product I bought my son one about 2 months ago he absolutely loves it. I can check his location call him and he can call me. Everything done by the app so I can see who he has called etc. very easy to use I ended up buying my daughter one aswell that’s how great they are. My daughter LOVES her new watch! Amazing design and the ease at which we can contact her when needed is fantastic. Being able to control the watch settings via the app gives us parents peace of mind and being able to track her location is great. wish is that it was waterproof as he keeps forgetting to take it off before jumping in the bath!! Having said that, it is still working fine despite getting a bit wet!!

Great watch, once our service provider and I found the correct SIM card and plan for the watch it's been great. the tracking indicated the watch was several kilomettres awa from its actual location. These aren't one-off glitches; they are persistent technical issues that make the device unreliable and unfit for the purpose for which it is advertised. Customer support have been useless in addressing these issues.

The KidsOClock watch has been a massive game changing! Being able to make sure my child is getting home from school safely and being able to call him or receive voice messages when he isn't with me without giving him a phone yet is amazing! it works so incredibly well, battery last so long as some times I forget to put him it on charge and it's still will have battery to last the following day!
