Terrible customer service and cheap product – Product broke in under a year. One of the pieces literally snapped under me when i was sitting on the bed and I only weigh 80kg. When i emailed to get a replacement, they didn't apologise for the faulty product and directed me to an online survey which they never responded to. it wasn’t difficult. It looks great. The only minor downside is that the nuts can loosen over time, so you may need to retighten them occasionally for maximum sturdiness. Overall, I’m very happy with both products so far.
