We purchased two balance bikes (the one 0-2yo and the one from 2-5yo) and they are both great quality and low price compared to what’s around! Very sturdy and light weight being in aluminium frame. Also very easy to assemble! Definitely recommend it!
Recently purchased the balance bike for our 2yo and it's great! Will definitely be used every day! We also have the Little Nation push trike which she has been on for over a year and it's faultless. Love Little Nation.
Don't waste your money. After less than 12 months the fabric started to get ladders and became very baggy and stretched. I have 7 and 8 year old sons who in all honestly didn't even use their swings daily - there were weeks they didn't use them at all. busy and I forgot to email them as we were moving house and they ended up in storage for a good 8 weeks. I emailed them around 5 weeks outside of warranty to explain the situation and provide images of what had happened and they said too bad so sad basically and only offered me free shipping on new purchases. I will never shop with this company again based on poor quality and lack lustre customer service. I would upload photos if it allowed m, I will see if anywhere else will allow me to add proof of purchase and images of my sensory swings.

fun in a box – great light weight bike colours are vivid! our boys love theirs blue and green. the clips hold the seat and handle bars well. ( no fixing handle bars all the time) great puncture proof tyres. as we have 3 corner jacks. our boys love theirs and use them every day
Great for toddlers – Bought this for my then 15 month old. He's steady on his feet by then, and he's 17 months now, he still loves to ride it. We use it mostly indoors, but great for parks too. Maybe for improvement, the back tires could run a bit smoother, and the padding on the front be made of sturdier material that can't be bitten off by a toddler
Balance Bike is BIG WOW for my lil Princess! – My littlr girl was fascinated when she received her balance bike! She learned for a couple of tries on how to use it! She is able to use and enjot it a lot at the park! She also got a pretty helmet which she adores!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Products aren’t made to last and customer service is beyond a joke. The learning tower broke After 6months and my son fell off the side. The customer service is rubbish. I bought 2 learning towers for my sons, one didn’t contain any fixings. They ignored all my emails for months, it wasn’t until I requested a refund through PayPal that they decided they would contact me and send me a new one. No refunds allowed.

Bought little nation 14 inch pedal bike for our four year old. On attempting to pump the tyre, the rim broke off the wheel in two places. Emailed the team asking for a replacement. Promised to ‘review the manual and get back to us.’ Did not get back to us and did not reply to the last email asking for update. Not great.

Literally so awesome. Big cupboards and fridge to store stuff in, the utensils and pot and pans that come with it are so durable and my daughter has thrown some haha. They have traveled all around the house and still in perfect condition.
Even has a tray in the oven to split food. Such an amazing addition to our play space. Love love love everything about this. My daughter is 16 months old and I was shocked at how much she knew what to do in her own little kitchen. :)
The knobs actually turn and make noise when turned which I think is great. :)

It’s expensive compared to other products available - which means I thought it was quality. Apparently not true. I bought a kids camera and the packaging inside the box which was posted in another box. - was broken, one lense was dusty another scratched. Brand new? replying. It has now been 2 weeks and their shipping information tells me it should have been dispatched within 2-4 business days.
Follow-up · Our trampoline was eventually delivered on the 15th may but only after escalating through PayPal. We were told our emails were going to their junk email, even though they had replied to a previous email.
No customer service. No replies to numerous emails. Cannot chat online. No reply to support tickets. Product is good (previous order), but if something wrong don’t expect any help.
Follow-up · Did eventually receive email from customer service but took a week or so. Then further question and reply to their emails also always took a couple of days. Was a very slow long process to get any response and help.
Had to make a bank transaction dispute as little nation did not provide the items I purchased. Poor customer service, they were unable to resolve the issue despite having evidence of a money transfer, leaving me to contact the bank. Would not recommend little nation. Was a huge inconvenience attempting to purchase from their website.
Follow-up · Transaction was found, delivery was delayed twice. Overall an inconvenience dealing with Little Nation. Product is what was expected, but wouldn’t purchase again

My son is obsessed with his push trike and will find in the house. I love the transition stage and colour options. Would love a cup holder, the shade sail isn’t very effective and more sturdy seat belt would be great but it’s became a daily staple in our home to go on walks and we love it. Best one on the market.

Needed a quality balance bike for my 2yr old grandson. Searched a lot and came to little nation and was really happy with the price. Also corresponding with ai about my issue with their misleading use of ai is pretty infuriating.
This isn’t the only time I have had frustrations with Little Nation. I also purchased a standing tower and it was incredibly difficult to put together and not sturdy at all - no longevity.
Will not be returning that’s for sure.

almost impossible to assemble using a manual screwdriver, and we ended up having to use an electric drill just to complete it. To make matters worse, the toy pot and pan set arrived with chipped paint, which was very disappointing, especially for a brand-new product. The finished kitchen looks lovely, but the assembly process and the quality of some of the parts really let it down. Unfortunately, I regret purchasing this product and expected much better quality for the price.
I bought two instant cameras for birthday presents. We opened one and the quality was absolutely terrible! The pictures came out blurry, unclear and with lines through them. The date stamp was 2025. I’m not sure if it’s a ‘used’ camera, but it is definitely not worth $70!! The worst part is the customer service. No one is answering my emails or allowing me to receive a refund for a FAULTY ITEM. Absolute joke!

a month later. Was unable to contact them except via email and it kept offering me to order them again. Ordered two bikes and while one seemed to assemble reasonably okay, the other (exactly the same bike), one of the parts would not fit and impossible to do without heavy help with professionally tools so not possible for the average person to assemble. exposure to the elements. Even though it was all sun and stored undercover, used a maximum of 1.5 hours. No other bikes we have rust that quickly - even after years. They did offer a $35 refund but it's not about money, it's just a little disappointing the materials aren't a high quality because it was a much loved main birthday present for a 3 year old
