Great product with amazing customer support. Highly recommend. My teenage son has been using these products - reduces redness and gentle on his sensitive skin. The probiotic moisturiser +, Superfood gel cleanser and the AHA exfoliating solution works a treat for him. Show reply

premium priced range. On top of that, every product in the range feels very light on and runs out extremely quickly compared to other brands I have used — leaving you feeling as though you are only getting half the quantity you are actually paying for.

I purchased the full range of Lust Minerals skincare products multiple times, wanting to give them a genuine chance and follow their recommended routine consistently. Despite doing exactly that over an extended period, I have seen absolutely no improvement in my skin whatsoever.

For a premium priced range that promises firming and peptide benefits, the results simply do not deliver. I would not recommend this product or any of the accompanying range based on my experience.

The customer care is non existent by Lust Minerals, and if I was the owner I’d actually be embarrassed by how long time customers are treated. forgot to respond but there was no need for me to, bc the product I received was faulty, they should have just issued me a refund or a replacement. Not a credit. To my surprise this wasn’t even actioned anyway, and I had a new order process on the original date and no credit applied so I reached out politely again. No reminder email was sent to help me realise. They told me credits can’t apply to subscription to which I told them that’s not what I was told and I’d like a refund on my order as I wasn’t expecting it yet. They wouldn’t refund it without a 15% admin fee which is rubbish. They literally would not admit fault in their initial policy and lost a long time customer bc of it. I never complain, I carry on bc who has the time, but this was so terribly dealt with. I had to fight to get a faulty product replaced which costs no more than $10 to produce. So they lost a customer for $10, but I doubt they even care. I can’t even access my subscription on their website which is also illegal. I don’t understand how a business of this size is so behind in what’s legal or not. The foundation was nice but not nice enough to be treated like that.

If I could put 0 stars I would. This company is a scam. They are not transparent with their reviews and feedback of their products. I am leaving this review to save others from falling for the FB advertisements that make you think you are making an investment (because their products are expensive) for your skin. I purchased both the peptide moisturiser and eye treatment which are now my non-negotiables for morning and evening skincare routine. I have combination and very sensitive skin and have had 0 issues when using these products. I think the balance of fragrance is perfect and not overwhelming. I would definitely recommend to someone looking for simple but effective skincare.

Within ONE week.. and I had read everything about each product and what to use on their website (which is extremely detailed and helpful) - my skin immediately stopped breaking out and now it’s simply healing from the damage that had happened. I will honestly have to share photos at some stage when I’m not so insecure. It was such a dramatic shift though.

The make up is amazing - but the skincare is life changing. As one defeated, toddler mum at her lowest.. this company was a life saver. I FEEL beautiful again. I will forever be so incredibly grateful ✨also, the make up is amazing. Primer, primer, primer! I have actually learnt so much from their website.

I also want to point out - prices! It was a bit daunting looking at the cost for myself because I had to throw out alllllll of my products and start from scratch. But I would add to cart, get a gift, then another gift… they always seem to have little promos where you receive a new little game changer! The bundles also make it so much more affordable.

I am now a cult Lust Minerals fan!
