ago and i continuously visited a remedial masseuse and Chiropractor, now with the Therapeutic Dual-Pro Massage Chair i find that it does the job very well giving me the comfort i need, I can now play 18 holes of golf without a cart, coming home for a massage in the chairs is very soothing. The delivery people were excellent and very accomodating, prompt in their delivery and set up of the chair, the backup service and follow up was great, the team in customer service called several times after delivery and followed up to make sure that all is well, and it sure is! technician was sent over who ended up replacing the arm rest?? It had no impact on the noise reduction.

The technician clearly said there’s an issue with upper mechanism and also the main body (outer shell) and instead of resolving the issue with a replacement or refund the solution they offered is a “change of technician” !! I certainly believe I have been sold a dodgy second hand massage chair since I negotiated on price.

The chair has been lying unused at my place and has become a reason of emotional stress in our family. I am a middle class salaried guy and simply can’t afford to lose hard earned salary.

I strongly recommend every potential buyer to stay away from this company.

We love our massage chair. It’s perfect for when you come home sore from working and you can relax in your chair. Hubby will go missing sometimes and I’ll find him asleep in the chair. Definitely recommend and the service is great too. Show reply

My Mother very generously got me this chair and I’ve been using it daily since and have enjoyed the impacts on my body.
