Product ordered (1 of 2) - first product shipped, other item never shipped. Company said they would send it. Never did. No response to follow up emails. Terrible. If you don't have the product, just refund my money!

My go to store for Lego – These guys have great prices on Lego and an awesome range. They also often add freebies to your cart, which is fun, and have free delivery over $150. I'll be shopping with them this Christmas and already have my wish list sorted.

Lego delivery – Despite saying they understand the collector the box came crushed. Poorly packed, should learn from others and put air bags around the item. One piece of bubble wrap around an item the same size as the box is not sufficient. First and last purchase from this company. That is not an awareness of what the collector wants!

BEWARE!!! – Extremely bad experience, purchased a Disney Castle worth over $500, but box packaging is different to what they have published online. missing!!! Contacted customer service about this, in which they initially offered me a refund, but refused to carry out their offer.

Overall, this company just kept referring me to contact Lego when there is a problem, as they won't exchange or refund this product with a major problem. So I'm forced with no option but to contact Lego, and after receiving some missing pieces. Lego has informed that they don't have these pieces in stock.

So, now, I'm left with an expensive and incomplete set with 26 missing pieces !!! Also, this set on MyHobbies is over priced, more expensive than Lego official site.

Do not buy from this company – I bought two large LEGO sets from this place costing over $400. The boxes arrived crushed. They now want me to pack the items, go to the post office and send them back and on receipt of items refund me the money. I have not received answers to my questions such as what if the items do not reach them, what if the items get to them more… Read more

crushed. The attitude of Iris and I quote, ‘It is up to you, that is our return policy. We will refund when we receive items.’ I have asked that they get a courier to pick up from me and that was refused .

It is not appreciated that I am not returning because I have changed my mind but that the items are faulty. She blames Australia Postwhen the boxes are loosely packed.

I cannot trust this company.

Great store for LEGO deals – Great store for LEGO deals. Purchased a 1989 Batmobile with them and was pretty happy with the price. There was great communication and delivery was quick and flawless. Set arrived and box was in pristine condition too. I always check the store for deals if I’m after a set and more often than not find a great price for it. Great communication – First Time buying from these guys, was cutting a light kit for my lego set. I got a SMS from them asking for clarification that I wanted to buy the light kit and not the Lego kit itself (making sure I wasn't confused it made a mistake).
