Just not right for me - personal opinion – A good pillow but just not right for me in terms of support. Just personal preference. The return process was a bit drawn out (you have to wait a full 30 days until requesting a return) but customer service was excellent. Show details ·  1

Stiff & sore neck gone, uninterrupted sleep, no waking up groggy. For this price? – Worth the price to get rid of a regular stiff neck. Just follow the recommendations on the website and add the right amount of inserts for your sleep style. 14cm seemed very high for me (side sleeper height, all inserts are used, 3pcs inside) on the first night, but even then, I was fast asleep within 15mins. Great pillow! – I needed a new mattress and bought it from this store (amazing!!). The pillow was on special, so I bought one as well as my pillow is quite old. Great product with 3 different heights, so you can adjust it to your needs. Great to sleep on any position (which is what I normally do). Show reply

Weird pillow – Pillow is soft but supportive. For back sleeping, it has a sharp edge that digs into my spine and is a bit uncomfortable. Besides that, it's well cushioned and comfortable, although my head sinks in just a little too far. For side sleeping, it presses into my neck a little but not enough to be uncomfortable. is not covered by the pillow. The top of the pillow has lots of cubes cut out, and these dig into my eye and need lots of fiddling through the night to keep them out of my eye.

Not recommended as this pillow doesn't work well for either sleeping position.
