Ecosa Pillow

I’ve had chronic neck pain for years due to a medical condition. Until this pillow, I had woken every morning with additional pain. On the first morning after using the pillow, I had no pain at all from sleeping!

Love my new pillow. It has definitely helped with neck/headache problems and ended up getting my partner one too who is also very happy with it. Great that you can customise the depth of the pillow too to suit your own shape.

I wish I had purchased the pillow with the mattress, it is sensational as is the mattress. It moulds around you neck whilst given the support needed for my neck. I have a pronounced dowagers hump and need constant support for my neck. The ability to adjust the height of the pillow will ensure this pillow’s suitability into the future.

I have the Ecosa mattress and pillow and couldn’t be happier. Love the bag which came with it so I can take the pillow away with me. Pity I can’t take the mattress too. I originally bought the wrong sized mattress so put it on my grandson’s bed. He loves it. Says it is so comfy, it feels like “it is giving him a big hug.” I have now purchased the mattress topper for my husband’s bed, just awaiting delivery.

Disappointing change in quality and standard of their pillows. Recently purchased my second Ecosa pillow as my original, which had been amazing and lasted 2 years, was becoming uncomfortable. the support my original pillow gave just isn't there. The new pillow seems to compress during the night and if I wake early in the morning, I have to add another one of the layers they provide you with to get the height of the pillow back up again. The additional layers they provide you with also move around the pillow casing, making it difficult to keep an even surface height, leaving the pillow shape looking distorted. I did reach out to Ecosa customer service and received a prompt and polite response stating they have adjusted their pillow to accommodate feedback received asking for a plusher pillow. It doesn't feel plush after an hour, feels like laying on a hard surface which causes head and neck tension for me. For the price you pay, I don't believe it's worth it. A shame because it was a great pillow.

trusted choice: “Choice” magazine! With something like a 92-98% happiness rating, AND an incredible 100 days trial period to “bed in” the new pillow whilst adding and subtracting different ones from the 3 additional thin layers which are included for adjusting the height, I was sold! And it wasn’t even expensive! Lots of the others advertised cost up to 3 or even 4 times as much, and promised a lot but actually guaranteed nothing! So after about 2 nights, I was settled and secure, and my neck pain vanished within 4 days. I take it everywhere if I need to sleep over, and it even comes with a little carry bag and vacuum bag for storage. The instruction book is helpful, and the only thing I’d recommend is that you make it clearer (for sleep-deprived idiots like me!) which curved bit goes under your neck and which goes at the top of your head! I initially made the “higher bump” to be my neck support, but realised that that couldn’t be right by the next morning! I couldn’t be certain when I rechecked the book, but I’m sure I could’ve found out if I’d looked for a video online or rung for help. Just a suggestion. But people should definitely buy one if they’re a side sleeper with a CPAP machine like me: it’s a life-saver! I’m going to get one for my snoring husband hahaha. Roz

Really happy with my Ecosa pillow! It’s so comfortable, and I love that you can adjust the height to get it just right. I’ve found I’m sleeping in a much better position and have noticed a big improvement in my neck and back pain. Definitely one of those purchases I wish I’d made sooner! Show reply

So soft but still supportive. I prefer to use the smaller side under my neck as it's the perfect height. It just feels like it hugs around me and I am experiencing little to no neck pain. Show reply

i was disappointed to find that this does not fit standard pillowcases and this was not highlighted during the purchase process. I have had to squash it into a pillowcase and i am not sure that has helped the pillow be effective. i do sometimes get a crick in my neck if i sleep wrong which i don't think has been helpful. quality has been the same but i have less overall back pain. This might also be due to the mattress being changed recently. i am still assessing the need for inserts etc to make it more comfortable.

It's too soft for me and makes my neck tired.

Fantastic pillow and worth the money. Comfy with a soft cover that is washable and a soft but supportive filling. I like the option of adding one or two extra layers as I will go between the two levels as needed. Better than expected - recommend trying. Show details ·  1

I purchased one of these pillows two years ago because I was constantly waking up with migraines. It made such a difference! I've had this pillow for approximately 2 months. I'm a side/tummy sleeper and I've found it really comfortable. Tried a couple of different height combinations to settle on what I found most comfortable. A year later and these are our favourite pillows. They’ve not lost any shape and are still incredibly comfortable. A bit hard trying to remember whose is whose If your buying a pair for you and your partner, but after a night you genuinely know which is which. Show details ·  1
