Pain Free Aussies

I love my barefoot shoes! I bought 2 pairs and they are pretty much glued to my feet. After putting on a pair of boots to wear to the office yesterday, I took them off and put these on instead. They weren’t exactly the right look but I didn’t care when my feet were thanking me for it. The process from order to delivery was easy and the shoe quality looks good. . TERRIBLE SERVICE I ordered 4 Pillows and 2 Sleep Ear plugs 2 weeks ago, which cost me $ 401.96. I have not received these items nor have I been advised as to when I will eventually get them? If at all! They keep changing their reasons for being so slack. This company lies, be careful!

have recommended them to so many of my friends. I did have a small issue with an admin aspect of my purchase, and this has been resolved quickly with an outcome I was happy with. The shoes themselves, I have absolutely no problem with. One thing to to be aware of is that there are small holes in the soles of these shoes which I discovered in Europe while wearing them on a rainy day with lots of puddles, resulting in wet socks. However, the shoes themselves dried out quickly overnight, ready for use the next day.

As a Christmas present to my friend, I decided to order the Butterfly Memory Foam pillow for him, and also applied a discount code...what I ended up with was an extremely generous discount and extremely generous deal: including the $6.99 express delivery fee to my home address (I will give my friend his pillows when they arrive at my place, he preferred I didn't send them to his place because of package thieves in his area), the total cost of both TWO Butterfly Memory Foam pillows AND Free Premium Silk Eye Mask (in silver) was $121.98 AUD, an extremely generous saving of $124.99 AUD.

My friend will be extremely happy with his two Butterfly Memory Foam pillows, one is already heaven sent but TWO is even better because he has a spare. And combined with the aforementioned sleep mask I will give to him too, I know very soon he will be enjoying for the rest of his days, the absolute BEST sleep he can ever ask for every night free from pain (thus living from the Pain Free Aussies name) and free from all the common sleeping issues including snoring and sleep apnoea.

After I reached out to Pain Free Aussies via Facebook Messenger that I was a little concerned that 6 days after I placed my aforementioned order (with express shipping) I was yet to receive it, the Pain Free Aussies team immediately responded so kindly and helpfully, explaining that delays have occurred due to understandable circumstances beyond their control including the current holiday rush. They even arranged a refund on my express shipping as a gesture of goodwill, thank you so much to them for that I am deeply grateful and touched.

So thank you so much again to Pain Free Aussies...their first rate sleep enhancement products especially their Butterfly Memory Foam pillows their extremely generous discounts and their first rate customer service that goes above and beyond to the point of the aforementioned good will gesture of an express shipping refund means I will very highly recommend them above ALL other companies that sell sleep enhancement products especially pillows!

While a lot of my previous experience is still valid, I do appreciate that my issues were finally addressed.

In light of everything, the experience for me overall was very challenging, it had been months and I had given up trying to resolve it. As such I cannot comment on how things are being managed now for new customers, and I have no way to validate the reasons I was given as to why the resolution was much better now (I was told the previous person has left the company), in saying that though, I am happy with my new chair that my original order was replaced with.

Please don't use this company, you're time, money and mental health are not worth it.

Months and months of pain and frustration trying to return a useless item, I ended up returning the item, all product reviews on their site are 5 stars and many are photos of wrong products vs the one I ordered. I have documented the whole experience and conversations (where they are constantly changing their mind on the return). After many many stressful and horrible conversations repeating myself going back and forth, I have given up. At the state of panic attacks due to compiling stressors, 1 of which is being poorly treated by a company claiming to be Australian and "pain free" nonetheless.

Worst, the absolute WORST company I have ever had dealings with. The Australian consumers have been mislead by companies like this with misleading policies, round about conversations that go no where, no product guarantee, no consumer power.

Moving forward, I will still not use this company again, and my recommendation to new customers is to err on the side of caution. It's very hard to understand what youre buying through the pictures, although the return process might be better now, just please be careful when you order.

Knowing what you're getting into is important, you might find a good, reliable cheap chair or product, though for something like pain management, I would recommend sticking to brands, products and companies you know.

within just a couple of days. I don’t believe this company is any sort of scam which some people have said, I do believe they are very popular for their value and prices and pretty busy. Product has arrived and although v small (they need adult sizes really for the chairs we sit in these days) it foes actually seem to be cushioning my spine well and it feels better than without the product. I’m glad i was able to get it as I’ve been really struggling lately. I believe it will help though i think I’ll need a high cushion also to support me as well, as getting up from the couch is difficult as well as sitting on it. This helps one part of my body greatly.

Disappointing thought we were onto a good thing spent over $500. Looks like it all comes from shein factory, will be processing refund. Edit: all items returned, pillows broke so they went back too

Paid for express shipping 2 weeks ago still haven't received the shoes. Auspost hasn't event received them either. Obviously a drop ship company and would not buy from them ever again.

soles - one is more slippery than the other. I requested to exchange more slippery pair, and the respond has been great! It would be even better if there were size labels on the shoes, as I couldn't find size information in the order confirmation. This made it a bit challenging when I wanted to exchange the shoes.

The products this company sell are NOTHING like advertised. The pillow cases are soooooo cheap and nasty and do not cool. The Blankets and pillows are the same. They do not do what they say and are worse than TEMU!!!! Do not buy from this company. They are NOT Australian.....do not buy from them.
