opening the package. Upon unwrapping the blind, I found it had sustained damage and had broken clips, rendering it completely useless. With almost $800 down the drain, I am left out of pocket for a product I cannot even use. ​Trying to get any kind of help has been an absolute nightmare. When you call, you are just met with a recorded message telling you to put an online claim through, and the only dialogue I've had so far has been with their AI buddy. I did as instructed, submitting a complete online enquiry with all necessary details and photos. ​Since then, it has been total radio silence with not even a basic acknowledgement. What makes it exceptionally frustrating is that the fix itself is minor—it is only a couple of rail clips and a couple of end caps, which shouldn't take much time or effort to sort out. The complete lack of human support, communication, and accountability from Tuiss is appalling

I don't live in Perth where the bunch was sent too - so to see a photo with the confirmation of delivery would be reassuring. Also, I like the fact you could update the order online, as my son's name was spelt wrong on the card (but it usually is it's a different spelling.) T bone steaks were tough with a big section of fat rind taking up a lot of weight. They come in packs of two. One steak was very large. The other steak was tiny with absolutely no fillet on it at all. Sirloin steaks were also full of gristle.

about it, previous orders weren't great either so service had been deteriorating for a while. My Christmas order didn't arrive in time for Christmas despite being ordered on 11 December and being mostly "in stock ships in 1-2 days". There was almost no communication about it, and when it did come the books came in separate packages days apart well into January. I should have learned my lesson then, but I thought benefit of the doubt, maybe it was a Christmas post or staffing issue. Sadly no, I ordered books on 25 February all "in stock ships in 1-2 days". I didn't get a confirmation email even though the money went through. It took them two days to reply to my message asking if the order had gone through (which it had) and TWO WEEKS LATER THEY HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN POSTED YET. They sent me a tracking number, but it's only been created, Australia Post hasn't received anything. No communication on reasons for the delay or updates. The website isn't accurate, they don't have stock, no one communicates.
