Peter James Gutter Cleaning rude service – Was looking to support local business. Call up James for a quote and experienced a rude encounter. Kept saying he is very busy with plenty of jobs lined up, and many others on the line. Doesn't care if he gets your business or not. If this is the attitude of the owner, I don't expect good service. Will be advising friends and relative to look for other contractors.

Good way to keep your repeat customers – April 2020 I got Peter James to clean my gutters and did good job. Now I noticed there was grass growing I ask them if they can come back and reclean that section. But they wanted to charge me $400 again just to clean that 8m section. I was happy to pay $100 to $150.I try to reason with him but wouldn’t he kept saying $400 was there minimum fee. Good way to keep your repeat customers.

great service – Called contractor and set a time for cleaning my gutters. The boys were on time well mannered and polite. They did a great job and even hosed down after themselves and to make sure the down pipes were not blocked. I will definitely use them again.

When I asked what his cost was (if it was cheap I might have tried to negotiate), he said there wasn't any point telling me because he wasn't able to do it by my date and he was wasting my time. The other reviewer is right, he is very abrupt and rude. I would not deal with this contractor.

Horrible owner – I got a call from him and by accident I thought it was the wrong number. I called back and he was extremely rude and hung up inspite of me apologising. I get a lot of calls from unknown numbers with scams so i tried to explain why I hung up saying it was a wrong number but he just didn’t listen and hung up. these guys came out two days after I initially booked them. And really did a fantastic job, they only took about two hours, all done all cleaned up.
