These are the worst extensions I've ever purchased. They shed constantly and the quality of the hair is nowhere near other brands ive bought. It takes a lot longer to dry and the texture feels fake. Dont waste your money

naturally light ginger/light auburn hair is already incredibly difficult. Even looking at the listing photos, I knew their idea of “Light Auburn” was darker than what I would personally consider a true light auburn — and I was prepared for that.
What I wasn’t prepared for was receiving something that bears almost no resemblance to the colour they actually advertised.
Screen settings and lighting can absolutely cause minor colour variations. They don’t turn the warm auburn shade pictured online into dark brown hair with black streaks and purple undertones.
When you’re charging over $800 for a full set of extensions, accurate colour representation shouldn’t be too much to ask.
If you’re naturally light ginger/auburn and considering #30 based on their photos, be extremely cautious. Premium pricing for colour accuracy this poor is simply unacceptable.

to fix the halo line and to seek their feedback on whether or not this is normal given I was wearing it at the time it snapped and had for such a short period. I’m pretty disappointed in them not following up. I am also disappointed in the quality, every halo I’ve had in the past is adhered with a clip that connects to the left. I don’t know why they chose a bead because that’s the exact reason that the product failed.

thinner, I twist a small section of my natural hair and clip the extension onto the twist for extra grip.
I’ve also washed the extensions once, and they were incredibly easy to care for. I used the L’Oréal Glycolic Gloss Shampoo, Conditioner, and Lamination Treatment, and the hair stayed silky smooth throughout the washing process.
I keep the seven pieces attached to two claw clips in ponytails, which makes washing much easier. I thoroughly wet the hair in the shower, apply the three-step products, then towel dry and blow dry on clip hangers. The extensions dry beautifully, stay soft and smooth, and hold my mermaid waves really well.
I’m very happy with the quality and would definitely recommend them!

frizzy all over. I used appropriate salon quality extension products to manage them, still no help. There was also a weird synthetic looking sheen to the hair.
I was also unhappy with the "colour matching service" - I am a level 8/9 blonde and was suggested a "chestnut brown". Thankfully I used my brain and didnt order that colour.
I ordered several colours, as i have dark hair underneath. The darker hair seemed more legitimate, but the blonde was terrible. I will never purchase from here again and I am considering getting independent testing on the suspected "human" hair.

Follow-up · I had a friend install them, it went smoothly. Was easy to take out the day after as well. No shedding and easy to style. Held curl really well. Unfortunatley don't have a photo to add, all the photos I have are from the front.

The hair I received is not the same colour as advertised. I haven’t opened the packaging . I’ve sent them several if not more but they won’t respond to me . I’m now going to consumer affairs hopefully they can get in contact with them . Bad bad customer service

I placed my order on Thursday last week hoping to receive it by Saturday the following week but despite multiple emails and WhatsApp messages and text messages that’s shared on the website, I haven’t gotten a response. My only order status keeps saying “Waiting for details” although the payment was successful. I suspect it’s a scam. Don’t trust this website.

Ordered next day delivery 1 week before a wedding as I assumed it still might take a few days. When I reached out and asked where my order was they said it was “flagged for fraud” and that they needed my bank details again, and proof of address. As it was 2 days to the wedding I cancelled my order and am yet to receive a refund. Extremely disappointed in this service.
