were in terrible condition—definitely not what I expected. The quality is far below standard, and they look nothing like the advertised photos.

I reached out to customer service to request a refund or exchange, but they refused, justifying the poor quality by saying, "Our 16" full volume 120g set that you ordered is the lowest gram of extensions we stock and are wispy on the ends."

If you’re looking for good-quality extensions, I strongly recommend ordering from another company. These were a complete waste of money.

and then i sent back they made me pay for postage and returns when received what I thought was going to be the right shade the colour was way off instead of being toffee brown they gave me blonde and we’re not even willing to refund. They basically said that is the closest they have to a medium brown. However, the colour looks brown on advertisement but When received came as dark blonde. Then they tried to convince me that it looked exactly how it is on their advertisement. Additionally the hair is so thinly made that I needed 3 rows of weft to fill it up in comparison to only needing 2 rows. NEVER EVER PURCHASING AGAIN!!!

it’s easy to tell the difference between my hair and the extensions when they’re out so I’m going to have to go to a salon to fix it. Therefore it would’ve been cheaper just to let the salon pick the extensions for me and do the whole thing. Also mine were delivered multiple weeks late and the elastic was snapped on arrival. The hair quality is fantastic though and it is hardly shedding. the customer service team when talking to me were fantastic but they need more staff as they didn’t reply when I was making an enquiry for quite a while and didn’t answer questions within a reasonable time frame, they still haven’t answered my last question.

hair (that's $5.45 a single gram!). I’m really disappointed with this product. I paid a lot of money for it, and honestly, it feels like a joke. The ends of the hair are extremely thin. I understand that hair is naturally a bit thinner at the ends to make it look realistic, and I appreciate that concept, but this goes way beyond that. The thinness throughout the length is completely unrealistic and makes it very hard to blend with natural hair as the weight of the hair isnt distributed proactively. If this is the medium thickness and medium length on offer I can only imagine how appalling the thinnest option would be. As someone who regularly uses hair pieces due to health reasons, I’ve tried quite a few products over time. Unfortunately, this is the worst one I’ve tried so far. I specifically chose this brand because I wanted to support an Aussie small business, which makes the experience even more disappointing. To be fair, the shipping was good and the colour match is fine. However, the overall density of the hair is really poor and makes the product look cheap despite the high price. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the return policy. Even if the item hasn’t been worn and still has the return tag and net attached, they don’t accept refunds only exchanges. That’s pretty disappointing when the product itself doesn’t meet expectations.

Facebook Messenger. To encourage me to buy, I was promised a free gift and free shipping that they said would be refunded after dispatch (I received neither the gift nor the refund of the shipping). It was a custom order, so the delivery time was 6–8 weeks.

When the order eventually arrived after 6 weeks, it was the wrong product (I ordered Genius Weft and received clip-ins). The company offered a partial refund or an exchange, and I chose an exchange as I can’t use the clip-ins. I received a message a few days later that the new hair was ordered for me, but I never received a new order confirmation. And from that point on, the experience became extremely frustrating. I had to chase every update myself, often having to send multiple messages just to receive a response. They came up with all sorts of excuses for not replying or following up as promised: sickness in the family, flooding of their offices, not being able to find a cheap enough return label for the return of the clip-ins and more.

Eight weeks after they claimed to have ordered the new hair for me, I still hadn’t heard from them, so I messaged them. They replied that the hair had been sent out to me on that same day (what a coincidence). They said it would be with me in 3–5 days. When nothing had arrived on the 8th day, I messaged them again and was then told there was a holdup at customs (this was an EU-to-EU shipment, why would it be held up in customs?).

Despite repeated requests, they refused to provide a tracking number, coming up with a strange excuse about how the tracking number would change when it went from customs to the carrier (no such thing). I said it didn’t matter and asked for the current tracking number, but they refused. They also provided no explanation as to why my package would be stuck in customs in the first place. They never updated me on the situation from this point on. Just silence.

It has now been just over 5 weeks since I was told the new hair was shipped to me and now my messages are being ignored.

So the reality is: they’ve stolen €640 from me. The clip-ins are completely useless to me. They are not suitable for my hair type or my needs, and they’re a cheaper product too. I can only hope to be able to sell them at a significant loss.

This has been a shockingly disappointing experience, with poor communication, broken promises from the start, and a complete lack of accountability.

Definitely AVOID at all costs!
