The Quoss Aroma Thermo Shower is awesome. The temperature stays perfectly steady, the water feels cleaner and softer thanks to the Vitamin C filter. Installation was quick and easy, it only took about 30 mins. Overall, it’s a high-quality product that I have recommended to my friends and family.

Have brought four of these Quoss Mixer products for shower, bath, kitchen and 2 sink mixers in 2022. The cartridges have all had to be replaced tried to claim warranty but the asked me to upload a video of the fault... very difficult to do... $600 out of pocket so far plumbing costs. Bad Quality.

The showerhead is very heavy due to the ceramic filters inside it and you have to make sure you install the shower head holder that comes with the product. Mine is very sturdy and the vitamin C is really a game changer. I can feel the difference with my showers. Better skin and much more refreshing.

decisions I've ever made !! I set the mix temperature once, now I simply turn it on ... wait a few seconds ... and step into the shower. Flushing toilets, the dishwasher and washing machine can kick-in and the shower temperature stays the same, the overall pressure may be affected but no scalding or freezing water comes out the shower head. It's also possible to adjust the temperature while in the shower. There is no question there is an upfront cost involved but probably less than ripping pipes out and re-tiling but there is now no jiggling with the hot/cold mix required and you can essentially turn on the tap, wait a few seconds and jump in. It certainly saves time and probably a few litres of water while you negotiate the desired temperature and you don't have to schedule other appliances around your shower time. It's fabulous !! Note : I utilised my existing metal hose and shower head with the Quoss mixer so I can't comment on any problems with plastic parts but with that combination I've had no problems.

Too much plastic, price doesn’t match quality – While I initially liked the products it is so disappointing there are so many areas that require strength and parts made of plastic! arrived without instructions for install. Phoned and I was sent a photo. Attempts by registered plumber to remove broken holder meant dismantling far too many parts-he gave up. Ended up buying “Evekare” shower slider (no dismantling required)as holder for new shower heads from Bunnings (NOT Quoss). Disappointingly I received a text from John (Quoss) asking me to review in exchange for $50 for a future purchase. That is not how I operate and sums up my rating!! Expensive product that quality does not match.

Upgraded shower water & no more leaks – This is a quality product and the perfect solution to hard to fix old leaking pipes - it’s great for this reason only. HOWEVER - Don’t buy the shower head!!! - I recommend a far cheaper alternative that I recently switched to saving hundreds of $…just search for “shower head ionic” (approx $25) with filter balls in the handle.

Aroma Shower – I bought the Aroma Sense shower head with flexible hose about 8 years ago. I fitted it myself, and it's been amazing. I love the spray and that it can so easily be a hand held. Hoping to buy another as a gift if they still make it.

Qouss - good experience – I bought directly from Quoss and got not only a prompt reply but also help re the plumbing aspect. If your unsure about fittings (hey whos a plumber) then they will send a variety of them to help out. Shower came from NSW to Vic in only a day or so, my plumber installed and I have to say its a great shower still after 6 months, excellent pressure and smooth controls. Next time I want fittings etc I will check their offerings first.

Faulty Quoss taps – I bought 3 mixer taps from catch website, and have not used for more than 2 months, 2 taps leaking water! And brought us lots of trouble. Never ever purchase Quoss products

Absolute rubbish! – Purchased from Quoss on eBay after reading the glowing description and how it increases 3 X the water pressure, even in low pressure homes, not this one, zero pressure after attaching shower head, came out in a dribble, despite turning the taps on near fully. contacted me saying they couldn't issue a refund as I had used it.... WHAT!? My response was "how am I supposed to know if it works as claimed if I don't try it?" There was no damage to the item whatsoever. I'm angry and will continue to fight for my refund.

GREAT SHOWER UNTIL IT BREAKS – I am now up to my second unit due to the fact that where the handset attaches to the hose ends up breaking because it's made of plastic and fatigues. I know understand why their warranty is only 1 year where other retailers offer 25 years or a lifetime warranty. and rivals that of any other unit available (which is why I have bought another one) Just don't expect it to last much longer than say 5 years as that seems to be about the longevity you can expect due to poor build quality of this shower handset. First one was purchase through TVSN who now no longer sell or represent the product and I am thinking this might be why.

poor quality – Have purchased five of these showers and three have broken where the shower head screws onto the hose from the tap. The only reason I gave this product 2 stars is that they do give a great shower but the product is let down by the poor quality build. Will not buy again, have to look for another brand. Purchased from TVSN who now do not even sell these showers.

for their Price Match policy. I picked it up 10 days later and installed it in about 30 minutes. That was over 12 months ago and my wife and I are very pleased with this purchase. The written instructions are easy to follow but suggest you also look at the YouTube video to assist before you start. No more leaking taps or wasted water. This product is excellent! criticisms of the shower rail being plastic. It is and yes it would be preferable if it was chrome as well. But as we don't fiddle with the shower rail I suspect that plastic will be fine for our situation.

However, I'm not sure if everyone can install this themselves. Our taps were impossible to remove and eventually we had to call a plumber to do this. If you've regularly been changing your own tap washers then this may be for you. If not, have the plumber on standby. Ours had installed them before so did the installation for us as well...don't have a dog and bark yourself! Looking at it I'm sure we could have done the install ourselves, if we'd been able to safely remove the original taps. As our plumber said "if you can put flat pack furniture together you can install these...". I'm not sure that's everyone's skill set - but I'm the flat pack queen!

Best after market shower system – This must be the best bathroom improvement ever. Our house is now approx 12 years old and the shower system left much to be desired. We did choose the Quoss Thermo shower which is expensive ($ 500.00 plus) and made in Korea. An innovative design makes it possible for a home handyman to modernize his shower. The hardest part was to remove the old tap ware but installation itself is a breeze. Now we just set the water temperature we desire (we set 45 degrees) turn on the water and have a fine shower ! No more leaking taps, no more re-seating taps.
