Our stay was great! The location was also right next to the City Market & the waterfront restaurants & shops. Geeat location for walking everywhere. Room was very clean.
After contacting a couple of people Joshua took the time to resolve my issue. He was responsive, respectful and customer-oriented. He contact Zahrina who in the end, solved my problem. Thank you Joshua and Zahrina.

The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly, nice neighborhood, next to a train station, lots of business around as well. Room was small, but then again I notice a lot of places are just smaller in architecture than United States. Very cute boutique hotel

The location is truly top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located near метро and bus stops, and there is even a direct bus to Incheon Airport, which made our travel very easy. There are plenty of shops nearby, including Daiso and Olive Young, as well as many cafés like Starbucks and various local coffee spots and restaurants.
For quick meals, there are also familiar options like Burger King and KFC nearby.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
My stay at the Sahara was a 10/10 my only complaint is the pool hours 10am-5pm.
Customer service responds pretty quickly via chat; emails are responded to in a decent time. Room for my first voucher in metro Chicago was pretty nice. Not directly in the city but on the outskirts. I liked the location and the room was pretty decent at an awesome hotel that had a restaurant and a bar in the lobby. I actually returned to that same hotel for a different occasion. Room was very spacious and need was comfy. We stayed in the Marra room. Monorail behind Sahara was very convenient.

Everything was so easy from check in to check out. The workers ay Dunes Resort was amazing and the room was very clean. Redeem vacation made this an easy laid back trip.

Follow-up · The discount wasn’t worth the $11. The hotel was so janky! It smelled like cigarettes and liquor. If I could have seen it in the day I wouldn’t have stayed!
I enjoyed Las Vegas and was able to see multiple shows and enjoy activities because I only paid $169 for my room at the Harrahs thanks to Redeem Vacation. If I vacation in the future, I hope to vacation with a Redeem Vacation package.

snack. The shower was well placed, not in the tub, but the shower floor was very slippery, especially after soaping up. For elders, it was not a pleasant wash down. The hotel had no front desk. All questions, and signing in were done by one of ten computers in the "lobby". There were no chairs in the lobby. Waiting for a ride by taxi or Uber or friend was done in standing position, in the HOT weather. Prices at the hotel for coffee were over 5.00 dollars. Staff in shops, eateries were tired looking and snippy.

stayed. I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Punta Cana Village, DR. It was not a resort, but there was a free shuttle to/from the airport, beach, mall, and grocery store. Several restaurants were within walking distance as well. When I got there I simply needed my ID and credit card to check in as if I’d booked directly with the hotel, so that was easy and seamless. The only reason that I chose 4 instead of 5 stars is because the fees to redeem the voucher were more than expected, and then when I got there I had to pay another $80 in taxes that I was not expecting to pay. Also, there was an additional cost for weekend dates or to choose certain accommodation s, including the resorts that were listed. Even with that, it was definitely a fraction of the cost and met my needs for travel, so still an exceptional experience overall.

right while I was looking at it and limited options to book to only about 10 days out of an entire 18 month period, which were dates RIGHT before Christmas. When I reached out for assistance assuming there was a technical glitch, the chat service agent suggested that I changed my destination from Bali to Mexico. WHAT?! - That is NOT the same culture or vacation experience at all & NOT what I was promised so how is that a solution to a technical issue with your site? - The other issue I ran into was not a 'problem' it just added doubt to the experience: when receiving a site page that required a decision regarding 'new' information, a timer for approx 10min was on each and every page. What pressure?!?! -- It makes the process feel like it's a junkie company that's just out for your money and you might be getting scammed. arrived about two hours before the official check-in time, and to my surprise, we were allowed to check in immediately without any issues. After a long flight, this was greatly appreciated and made a wonderful first impression.Our room with one king-size bed was a bit small, and the balcony overlooked a parking lot and a busy street, so it could be somewhat noisy at night. I was also a little disappointed that housekeeping was not provided every day, especially when it came to trash removal. However, the bed linens and towels were always clean and fresh.The hotel's location is excellent. It was only about a three-minute walk to the beach, which made it very convenient. Beach chairs and towels were available for guests, and everything was clean and easy to borrow and return.There was also a small café in the lobby where guests could grab sushi, snacks, or a drink, which was very convenient. What stood out the most during my stay was the positive atmosphere and the exceptional customer service. The kindness and friendliness of the staff made me feel welcome throughout my vacation. The whole process through Redeem Vacations was smooth and accurate. I made calls in advance to the hotel to let them know of a special occasion for my stay. My booking was easily trackable by the hotel's reception. I was confirmed and booked in. Mercure Sydney was the relevant hotel location.
Very helpful and understanding about cancellation of the voucher was quick easy and probably be a good vacation if we could’ve worked out the dates maybe next time
I had a hard time getting checked into the hotel as I was not provided the confirmation number that the hotel needed. Also I do not like that I am not able to use the entire gift card that was provided to me, it only allows me to use a small portion at a time.
I received an All-Inclusive Vacation through Redeem Vacations and When I tell you that all their representatives especially Marc were so Amazing! They ensured that all of my questions were promptly answered and I can truly tell that they really do care about the travelers needs while booking! We are now officially all set for Cabo and Can't wait! Thanks again Marc and to the entire RV Team!
Very helpful! I booked thinking I was given a certain amount of time to use and turns out it wasn’t the timeline I signed up for. They offered to extend it but that still couldn’t work for me. They also offered another destination instead but it was the timeline that didn’t work for me. I will definitely book with them again, but next time I will make sure of the deadline to book!

I spent 780 just to get to Las Vegas and spend a few #3 days. I am supposed to be able to have another such Vacation. I doubt I will use it.
