It was easy to book my vacations with redeemed vacations. I like that they send an email ahead of time to make sure that you are ready for your trip in case you have any questions, and then contact you while you’re there in case you have any issues. I would definitely use again!
Rancho Bernardo instead of San Diego, which was my intended destination. The reservations personnel were very accommodating in processing my request, and I intend to use Redeem Vacations again very soon.

Dick’s Restaurant, the Buffet, and the hotel’s Food Hall.
At the hotel buffet, there was also a promotion where one child eats free per paying adult.
The only downside: there was carpeting in the hallways and in the room, and the wallpaper/decor could definitely be a little more modern.
Overall, we had a great stay!
It was an amazing hotel stay at The New Yorker by Lotte Hotels. The location was great!

The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly, nice neighborhood, next to a train station, lots of business around as well. Room was small, but then again I notice a lot of places are just smaller in architecture than United States. Very cute boutique hotel

The location is truly top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located near метро and bus stops, and there is even a direct bus to Incheon Airport, which made our travel very easy. There are plenty of shops nearby, including Daiso and Olive Young, as well as many cafés like Starbucks and various local coffee spots and restaurants.
For quick meals, there are also familiar options like Burger King and KFC nearby.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
My stay at the Sahara was a 10/10 my only complaint is the pool hours 10am-5pm.
Customer service responds pretty quickly via chat; emails are responded to in a decent time. Room for my first voucher in metro Chicago was pretty nice. Not directly in the city but on the outskirts. Room was very spacious and need was comfy. We stayed in the Marra room. Monorail behind Sahara was very convenient.

Everything was so easy from check in to check out. The workers ay Dunes Resort was amazing and the room was very clean. Redeem vacation made this an easy laid back trip.

not be available when you want or maybe never if you want a five star even during the shoulder season. That negative is presented only after you redeem your membership by paying several hundred dollars. Redeem Vacations promised me that they’ll make it right.
Follow-up · They made it right. If you have a flexible schedule and won’t miss the sign up fee then subscribe and check available hotels and dates at your convenience during the 18 months of validity.
Room was good except for kitchen part. 7 knives, 1 spoon, no forks. 1skillet 1pot no tops 4 plastic plates. A one cup coffee maker and small plastic and paper cups, This made cooking challenging.
Follow-up · Have not been back and probably will not be. I now stay at Shoreline Towers Gulf Shores. It has everything I want and is a bargain. Hope this is printed!

We loved our stay at Dunes Village! The location was perfect, and the beach access was just a short walk from our room, putting us right at the ocean. Our oceanfront room had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch during our stay. The room was clean, the air conditioning stayed nice and cold on the hot days, and the ocean view made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking. The Pearl Harbor memorial tour was very educational and a chilling remembrance of our fallen heroes. The Liua was a beautiful evening of Awesome food, great entertainment and awesome sunset vibes truly a must see.
Hotel was good but was given a room with one bed after I paid extra through redeem vacations for a 2 bed room, was told they do not upcharge at the hotel for an extra bed…needless to say I am disappointed that I had to pay more when I could have just called the hotel directly and asked for a 2 bed room without paying more.

She put in a work order for maintenance to come in the morning. They didn’t show up so I called again. Within minutes, maintenance came and was telling me that’s just how the water is. What???? How??? So he said he would soak to the manager. Manger called me and said there was nothing she could do. Huh??? Then she said she would call back. When she called me back she said that she spoke to several customers on my floor and they had no problems with their water pressure. Water pressure??? I’m talking about the temperature. So I did my own investigation with a couple that was walking to the elevator and asked them about their water situation and they said the water gets real hot in the kitchen and bathroom. So I called the front desk again. Finally the lady turned my complaint to her manager and he offered me an upgraded room and the water was hot. Why did I have to go through all that just to get hot water? That’s why I gave a 3 star.
But overall everything else was great.
The hotel.was nice. The deal on the hotel was affordable. The room was clean. The included breakfast was good everymorning. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and video game room.
