Australian visa was still linked to their old passport. We showed them the official Home Affairs passport-change confirmation, but the staff were completely useless and refused to help.

Australian Border Force has a clear procedure for this exact situation: the airline must contact its 24/7 Border Operations Centre for assistance or boarding clearance. China Southern staff refused to contact BOC, refused to move the passenger despite the ticket allowing changes, and simply cancelled the ticket.

Two family members were forced to fly while the third was abandoned in Moscow. Nobody explained whether the return flights were also cancelled, whether we would receive a refund, or what we were supposed to do. We now have to purchase another expensive ticket to reunite our family.

This was not unavoidable. It happened because China Southern’s Moscow staff were incompetent, unhelpful and unwilling to follow the official procedure available to them.

Absolutely disgraceful treatment. We are left completely in the dark with what we can do. We called Australian immigration and they said there was no reason airline would refuse entry if we have visa, new passport, and change of details application. Either lazy to reach out to BOC or simply incompetent. Avoid this airline.

taught us how to play Sichuan mahjong. We had the best experience seeing the pandas, visiting early to catch them eating and active.We visited the Dujiangyan irrigation system- there is also a beautiful garden there. We climbed Mt QingCheng to see the birth place of Daoism and saw lovely scenery. A boat trip to the LeShan Giant Buddha was amazing and after climbing up to Buddhas head we then visited the temple and pagoda. Finally we visited one of the Peoples Parks, so beautiful and full of active happy people and the tea shop. The food in Chengdu was delicious and Joe was really helpful about choosing representative SiChuan cuisine for us , without any pain, just great flavour. Our driver Mr Qing was excellent and smooth in negotiating the Chengdu traffic , kind and so polite. We weren’t sure what to expect of Chengdu, but it greatly exceeded our expectations and we did not want to leave. All our logistics were seamless . China Highlights keeps on delivering an awesome experience. On to Chongqing!

"club" page to see the information which - why would you who would be interested in that crap "chance to win a cruise every month" lies. Was tricked into joining this club and paying even more and an extortionate quote provided for travel insurance found far cheaper elsewhere. Not impressed. Honest company would put in the cost at the check out page rather than bill you for it after you've paid for the cruise and too late to cancel.

"Under the Australian Consumer Law a business must state a single total price including any component a customer cannot avoid paying to obtain the advertised offer. A fare that is unobtainable at the price displayed, because it requires a separate purchase disclosed only afterwards, does not meet that standard."

can claim it At the Japan train station as I was already In Japan. They couldn’t find it. I contacted a clue and they said oh we have sent it to Australia for you. I said well, I want a refund because I’m already in Japan and I have to buy another one which I did. They said we will refund you 90% only. I objected because I said half of the problem is because your side is not clear, And I asked for a refund only a few hours after I had bought it. So they said okay we will give you 90% refund, And 10% credit. I said okay. Then they come back and tell me -which they have not told me before - That I need to tear up my ticket and show them a copy. So I did. Then they come back again and said this is not the correct tearing and it has to be accordance with this attached photo which was a new photo. There were two types of tearing. Which was not clear which one I. One had three tears one had four tears. So first I did the three tears and send them the photo then I did the four tears and send them the. The point was the pass was torn. The point of tearing is so that you don’t use the pass. They came back And said I haven’t worn it exactly the same as the photo. Which frankly if you compare I actually have. So then they said they’re not going to give me my refund which is close to $500. Be very, very careful with these dodgy people. When you need their help, they will screw you over Like they did with me. I have gotten so anxious as $500 is a lot to me. And I actually feel sick.. So now I’m going to go to the fair trading. Shame on you Klook. Don’t let them get away with things like this. That was wasted my time my energy I did as they asked, Every time they ask for something new and I did that as well. And the horrible people came back to me and said we’re not refunding you the money at all. Shameful
