Andrew and Chris came out to quote and fix my air conditioning unit. They found two gas leaks. Chris was prompt to fix the issue, and was a very approachable and a lovely guy. The job was completed in a quick timeframe. I’m very happy with the work carried out. Thank you Chris.

Adam came out to move two water meters. Adam was friendly, on time, and kept me informed of the progress. He did a fantastic job, and did a though clean up. Would highly recommend. Thanks Adam.

Very efficient online booking for tech to review/diagnose and recommend replacement; told about a week to wait for transport from Melbourne but contacted <24hrs later saying they had a unit and could could do today - four tradies arrived - disconnected old unit and replaced with new - very friendly and efficient crew - thank you very much - Dr. Paul Devenish-Meares

Great team of people came and assessed what the issue was, explained clearly what the issue was and what solutions were available. Had a new rainwater pump installed to my tank and a tap so I can utilise the water better. Happy with the installation looks neat and tidy. Very nice installer friendly and not intrusive. He explained the use of the tap for rainwater/mains water. Show reply

The cost to change one circut breaker $421.00 which is basically rip off, the guy said he took out the call out fee which is $120.00 , the total was $540.00 only when I said this is very expensive, it's terrible for the average person today,the guy that did the job were really good but the price is ridiculous expensive.I won't use this company again.Even my own electrician said it was very expensive.

Electrician was there 10 minutes and charged $600 for turning on 2 switches, as he said he had found the fault. Thankfully I called the manager who agreed they had not upheld their promise to not do any work without quoting. So we only paid the call out fee. The quote they provided was double what we had the work completed for. Would NOT USE THIS SERVIcE AGAIN EVER.

To make matters worse, just three days later, on 23 July 2026, the heating stopped working again.

After paying over $1,100, I expected a reliable repair and much better service. Instead, I was left with the same problem, a large bill, and a great deal of inconvenience.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Service Today. I hope they improve their workmanship, communication, and quality control so other customers don't have to go through the same frustration.

wanted the internal parts of my current toilet replaced knowing the toilet would be difficult to replace. I agreed and booked a time for him to do the work. A different plumber was sent instead.

1. The plumber dropped a part of my toilet. It was an accident. He glued it back together like a jigzaw puzzle. It looked terrible and unsatisfactory. I refused to be satisfied with this arrangenent. See the photo - would you be happy with this?

2, Poor customer service - The biggest reason I would not recommend services today is when there is a problem and I called the office, a Manager refused to speak to me to resolve the situation. The Manager kept indicating she would only speak to the plumber. I called the office 3 times. The reception staff on each occassion were nice and said they would escalate to a manager. Ist time - Manager wouldn't take the call, 2nd time, I was told the manager would speak to the plumber, 3rd time the Manager spoke briefly and hung up on me. I feel this was unsatifactory. In the end the toilet was replaced with a one I didn't choose and didn't match my bathroom. I was charged for the new toilet. A expensive and distressing experience. There is also deep scratches in my nonslip vinyl flooring where he was working.

Update. I have not been contacted to resolve the situation and it has been more than a week.

I would not recommend or use this company again.

Clicked on the plumber closest to me on map. States up-front quotes- needed a leaky tap fixed. Plumber attended, didn’t have vertical shower tap stock- only side by side. Cost $50 call out. Total cost $650 and “cold” reads upside down. Taps going to the left and right. Disappointing service.

One of your service men came to my property today at about 8:40 for a leaky tap and running toilet. The quote he gave me was to fix/replace the tap and the running toilet. close the toilet tap. He told me to buy a new tank. He quoted me for fixing the tap and the running toilet. I also heard him on the phone bad mouthing me to Jason. He gave me a quote of about $1400 to replace a simple toilet. This plumber was more a sales person, trying to get more money from me, a senior citizen. He is exactly like how you see them on Current affairs. Can't look you in the eyes. He didn't put my toilet back the way it was. Please explain to me exactly what the $428 covered. How do you justify that amount for a tap and a small piece of pipe and only max 15 minutes. See attached photo. Shortly after this incident on Monday morning I emailed the company with Photos. Reception will forward it. Tuesday evening I haven't received any contact from them.

thing they cared about is sucking my money. My house got a blocked drain and I explained to them that it was smelly since I moved into this house 1 month ago. They came out quickly and inspected the drain. Then told me it would cost over $18000 to reline the whole drain. And that this would be my only option. I said I would have to think about it and they quickly came down to $14500. I had a bad feeling this would be a rip off. But with a screaming girlfriend in the back and with new tenants moving in in a few days, I agreed to get it fixed by Service Today. I asked if this would guaranteed fix the problem permanently. They promised me a life long warranty on everything. Quote "This is a forever fix. If the pipe breaks again, we come back to fix it for free. Life long." Service Today seems to be a big company I thought this would be good when it comes to a life long warranty, so I chose them. For a price of $14500 I also thought this job would be a very big one and would take several days to complete. But it only took them 1 guy for less than 1 hours for the assessment (They wanted to charge $850 for that in case I don't continue further with them.) And then 3 guys for about half a day on the first day and max. few hour on the second day. So all together this job probably took 1 day for 3 guys and that for $14500. And the best is still to come... The drain is still very smelly. We complained and were told to write a diary, which we do and which says smell everyday. Now we are getting ignored. Nobody came out to check it again. Nothing. They don't care. I got a bad feeling they did a incomplete/bad job but I can't look into the drain myself. When it comes to the invoice. Even though we agreed to a fixed price of $14500, they wanted to charge me more at first. Then I had to complain about the price several times until they accepted the $14500 that we agreed on in the beginning. Their first invoices also stated a 1 year warranty. Then I had to negotiate with them about the warranty. In the end I got an invoice saying "25 years warranty on relining material and 0 warranty on material". They refuse to give me the life time warranty on everything which they promised and why I booked with them. I got big doubts that I will get any warranty of them at all since the problem why I got them out is still persistent and they refuse to do anything about it. They say my 1 month old washing machine would be the reason for the sewer smell.
