Plumbing/Prestigious Plumbing scammed me and have since dlisappeared. Got a RACV membership plumber quote of $380 first hour and requesting a deposit..another plumber scaming pensioners. That almost $1000 Plumbing labourers for $15 rubber ring. I am putting towels on the floor..I cant trust these trades people l.

trustworthy rating) for a quote for a new antenna- we have an old analog antenna with poor reception to certain channels Michael arrived on 10/7 at 9.00am and found that the plug was not well connected and replug it back and then stated that he can't put a new antenna as it was "wet" ( there was no rain that day) and then charged my wife $195. He later advised us that it was a further $500 to replace the antenna - if it had been done on the same day the price would have been $500 in total. We asked him to replace the antenna for a total cost of the quote & previously paid fee but he refused. It's certain a poor customer process when he came out for a fee free quote and could not complete the installation to replace the antenna and yet charged my wife $195 - I certainly would not have paid him if I was present !. ( yes , in hindsight my wife should not have paid him at all) He did not even give a receipt ! We were happy for him to complete the job ( when it was not wet) but he wanted to charge on top of the fee already paid. It's certainly not a trustworthy person in your franchise. Ferguson plumbing sent a young guy...what a smart arse...when I questioned what he was actually doing he advised their price of $900 to unblock a pipe less than 2 meters long.!!!

He explained they had specialist equipment worth thousands of dollars.. they were fully trained...bla bla...obviously his employer had instructed him on how to justify their ridiculous pricing...when I got a bit heate

company installed our rooftop solar system, and the service was excellent. The installation team was professional, the work was completed to a high standard, and the site was left clean and tidy. Based on that positive experience, I chose your company again for the battery installation.

Unfortunately, the recent battery installation was not completed to the same standard. The service was poor, and the installers left all packaging and waste materials at the property, including large boxes, wiring, and other installation debris. These materials should have been removed by the installation team as part of properly completing the job.

When I asked the installer about the rubbish, he advised that someone from the company would arrange collection. However, when I contacted the sales staff, I was told that I would need to pay for rubbish removal myself. I find this response extremely disappointing, as I should not be expected to spend additional money to remove waste left behind by your installation team.

I am also concerned that no one has contacted me after the installation to explain how to monitor or check the battery system’s performance. I have sent an email to the company but have not received any response.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the service provided. The lack of cleanup, poor communication, and absence of post-installation support are unacceptable. I would not recommend your company based on this experience.

superior to our old electric storage unit, both in the amount of lovely hot water we get now and the low energy usage - which is below 1KW! Ideal for running off our solar system. We chose the Envirosun unit because we had one in a previous property and liked its features and reliability. We were very pleased with the purchase price from Installed Today and the whole process of ordering through to installation by JR Gas and Water which was quite seamless. Jarred and his co-installer were prompt, efficient and did a very neat job of the installation and explaining the system.

Quoted one day, good price for pensioners, and the next day, they started work. Three thick yucca tree stumps were removed in about three hours, and the wood was taken away too. Very good job, thank you
