other than that, it's great. I had an issue with my second order and the customer service assistant who addressed and resolved it could not have been nicer (Ericka). She was very understanding, efficient and my Simplify Living experience could not have been better, largely thanks to her!

Absolute worst bag I have ever bought. Straps won't stay set. They keep.adjusting. clip keeps popping open. Zips on straps keep opening. Its literally unusable. First thing I did when I arrived in vietnam was purchase a replacement bag. You can buy better quality on shein honestly. Have had the complete run a round over a refund. Am having to cut my losses and just bin it
Truly the best compression packing cells I have ever used, and I've tried quite a few! The double zipper compresses your clothes into the smallest package, I fitted 5 dresses into the large cell, definitely one hundred percent recommend these to anyone who travels, and we travel a lot I will definitely order again they are top quality too, and light so add no extra weight. I’m very glad I did. These bags are exceptionally well made, with finished edges, quality zippers, and double-stitched construction throughout. I tested them on a recent trip, and they are several steps above traditional plastic compression bags.
There’s really no comparison when it comes to ease of packing and keeping clothes organized. One of the biggest advantages is that you can leave your clothes in the bags after unpacking, simply remove what you need, and zip them back up. Everything stays neat and organized throughout your trip.
I highly recommend these bags. They are well worth the investment and have made traveling much easier and more organized.

Purchased vacuum bags and was a bit apprehensive at first but i am very impressed with the product. The vacuum pump is very small and compact but has excellant power to extract the air and compress my clothing. Follow-up · We bought 2 compression packing cube sets 'his and hers'. Hubby doesn't use his at all even though the purchase was as a Father's Day gift. Should've stuck to beer! I love mine but, being the carry on light travellers we now are, the cubes do take up a lot of room in my roll-on bag. Suppose it makes me even more mercenary about what I choose to pack in them so I can zip up my bag!

a cream colour that appears to have a grey pink tinge in daylight…plastic clips to arrange straps are not great quality and the water bottle pocket will only hold slim water bottles…am currently working with customer service but no resolution yet..they want me to pay return shipping after which they will assess the bag to determine if a refund will be provided

I purchased the compression packing cells, for a trip where I only took carry-on. They were brilliant. Made finding things easy, all tees in one, pants and skirts in another, great for organising your clothes. They were so good, my daughter has now taken them on a trip to Europe so she could fit as much as possible! Love the compression, you can fit more into your suitcase. Show details

Terrible - trying to return an item within the 30 day window and after 5 emails in 2 weeks no one has replied to tell me how to return the item. There is no phone number and it looks like my 30 day window is fast evaporating.
Terribe design & utterly disappointed! Ordered the anti theft crossbody bag! Despite adjusting the strap THE MAIN ZIPPED COMPARTMENT FACES THE GROUND, ie, downwards!. Customer service is sarcastic. The instructions are pathetic. I have been sending emails to them for a week. They insist on a video that I sent repeatedly. zipper will not last, as it is so hard to open. The cheap ones I purchased last year prior to travelling from Temu & Kmart are so much stronger; they deflate without a pump. I will not be taking Simplify Living packing cubes with me this year .

question was priced at three times the cost of the exact same bag on Temu so I requested a return which was approved however I have to pay the postage to return the item for a refund. Whilst I acknowledge the condition that return postage is at the cost of the customer I am appalled that there is no consideration for the fact that misinformation was supplied by the company and all that is forthcoming is the usual flowery comment "Oh I'm so sorry this wasn't the experience we wanted for you". The company issued incorrect, conflicting information - I did not make the mistake. This whole experience has made me view Simplify Living with distrust and great dissatisfaction.
