The communication from Olivia was outstanding throughout the entire process. Her responses were always prompt, usually within a couple of hours, and she was friendly, helpful, and professional every step of the way.
When I finally received my retainers, they were absolutely flawless. No sharp edges, no discomfort, and they fit perfectly. Jake did an excellent job. They are very comfortable to wear.

I was very impressed because the previous aligner company usually took 3 weeks. When it came, the retainer was so comfortable and fit like a glove. It doesn’t feel tight, it doesn’t poke into the gum or create tongue ulcer from brushing against the sharp thin retainer like the previous company retainer. I was worried the thicker retainer would be uncomfortable to wear at night, but it was so much more comfortable! Follow-up · I do karate tournaments which means contact but I need to breathe well during matches. Cleaning process is mostly just rinsing with warm water, the case allows for the mouth guard to breathe. So far this is still like the first day I wore it

I paid $350, they do have regular sales but as I have cracked teeth, I couldn't wait for the sales. Did manage to order a guard cleaner on sale though recently (not yet received).
Things to know: 1. You shouldn't eat or drink with your comfort guard+ in. I remove it at night if Im getting a drink then put it back in. 2. Don't clean it with toothpaste or moutwash.. it can put micro scratches in the guard and cause bacteria growth or stain the guard 3. It takes a few nights to adjust to the feel. I wore mine in the day for a bit to get used to the feel. 4. This guard it for light to moderate grinding. I'd say mine it moderate as I have cracked teeth. Heavy grinders should maybe consider the thickest Smileflex guard to be safe as it has a harder coating aimed to withstand heavy grinding

The waves pod is definitely worth it! I use it everyday and my retainers feel just like they did on day one. It's a nice compact design. I've had the pod for a month now and haven't had to charge it again yet so it's definitely nice not having cables on the bathroom basin all the time.

it leaves a nice minty smell that sticks around! The ultrasonic pod and tablets are great. The pod is small and easy to use. It keeps its charge for ages and uses a standard usb-c cable. A great experience with smileflex – A great experience with Smileflex. The impression kit is simply organised and easy to understand instruction booklet and video. I will say the video helped most as it gave me a greater understanding of each step and how best to perform them. I received my night guard promptly and I have begun to enjoy the relief the night guard is giving me.

Great service Perfect fit – I was a bit hesitant in doing this online rather than going to the dentist which was going to cost at least double - and after trying multiple chemist mouthguards which never fitted properly and were annoying to sleep with.
