GOOD PRODUCT FOR THE COST – Purchased from Aldi in 2019 use in the office and for what I paid for it cannot complain - it does the job. was starting to rattle so a quick tighted up of all screws hasn't eliminated but has reduced significantly. Well worth the $40 I paid for it Show details

Great fan, quiet too! – Bought a fancy delonghi one first, way too noisy for the bedroom. The Stirling feels a bit light and not as well put together, but I like way better. It's efficient and quiet for half the price of the other one. Show details

Noise, fragile, cheap quality – The fan is flimsy built, shakes and vibrates quite a bit, and it's very noisy. It has three-speed settings which are reasonably strong, but, again, noisy. I would not recommend this fan for use in a livingroom or bedroom. Show details

Absolute unit – Is it perfect? No. Was it $40? Yes. This little trooper has been on nearly 24/7 for the past year and is still going strong. Wobbles a bit and sometimes makes annoying noises, but hey, so does your dog. You love your dog right? I love my fan! 10/10 doctors say I would have died from fart inhalation if not for this fan. Also not haunted, unlike the fan I got from Woolies. Show details

Not worth the money – The base is a light plastic that struggles to support the weight and keep it stable. My unit the base plastic was warped so it did not sit flat on the ground resulting in a very light knock which knocked it over straight into my wall. Plenty of better options for this price point. Show details

Not a fan anymore – Worked well initially with some good features like night mode and remote control. After 18 months of light use it has developed a loud squeaking sound when operating. Seems like these fans are only designed to outlast the 12 month warranty. Show details

1year and going – It’s great!! Best fan I have every own. 9 speeds and night mode, the fact that doesn’t have blades makes it great for controlling allergies. Good value for good money, really worth to buy Show details

If it's too good to be true – Product packaging describes the "Easy Home" product as "Tower cooling fan" as does the instruction booklet. Page 6 then states "Tower Cooling Fan ( referred to as "fan"" There is no cooling, except for the circulation of the air, so it's a fan not a cooler. I had said to mt myself if it's electrical and Aldi don't buy it. But I fell for it again1 But for the last time!!!!!

Another Aldi Failed product – I purchased the Aldi Home Easy Tower Fan on the 24th of October 2018. I have had a reasonably good run with this fan. Of course we only use it on the hot days. Today after only 2 years use (on hot days) this fan stopped working after been on for less than 30 minutes. I have purchased several so called "special buys" and this is the 5th. A car… Read more

Cigarette Lighter expansion unit, {in the bin}, a type of rainmaker sprinkler, {in the bin}, a WiFi powerboard {money back return} , a cocoon dvr cctv, {in the bin} and now this. Oh, the warranty ran out last October.. I'm now having 2nd thoughts on their special buys.. I'm not all that happy ALDI.

A matter of economics – As I see it this fan is just as good or bad as most of the other tower fans that are marketed under different brand names, probably out of the same component factories and assembled by the same factory somewhere in China by poorly paid workers. The only difference is that it costs 40 bucks and not around 100 bucks. I could therefore buy 2 1/2 fans… Read more

for the same money. If it lasts this summer I am already ahead and if stuffs up then I have some spare parts for my next one. It is a nice fingerprint black and will circulate the air in my office. I would appreciate it if it could print out the winning Powerball numbers but that is a bit much to expect for 40 bucks. Some other reviewers have mentioned that it is noisy but I can't hear it over the ACCA DACCA tracks whilst I work. So there you have it, Do yourself a favour and use it as a tax deduction if you use it in your office.

Stop after hardly using it – Was impressed when bought October 18....first set up and used. Did not use much in summer 18/19. Have used more this summer, but still only a few nights on 2hour timer when going to bed. Turned on last night .... ran for about 10 minutes and stopped. Not impressed. Would not have used for a total of running time more than 100hrs. Dissapointed.… Read more

Third electrical item that has failed a few months out of waranty..... With little use. Would be hesitant to purchase and feel that I have wasted money.

Great Fan – I've found the fan to be quiet, I can leave it on throughout the night with no disturbance. Excellent value for money. Have seen others on the market of exact same style costing more. Highly recommend. Show details

Cheap and cheerful – These fans can't be knocked for the price and function. They come with a remote that works well, they have all the function of fans well over $100 , they work work and work, and are easy to clean and well built (strong, proportioned, easy to assemble). They are a little louder than some but the fan noise is something that fan people like and I don't have an issue with it. Show details

Best money I’ve spent at Aldi! – I am really happy with the fan, bought it yesterday for $59. I love the 3 modes it comes with, I like that it reads the room temperature and adjusts itself accordingly. Having a remote is really handy, I can now turn it on and off from bed. It comes with a timer so you can come home to a cool house. Highly recommend!  Show details

NOISY – very disapointed with this fan, so NOISY! so much that i'm wondering if there is something wrong with it. have only just got it out of the box, so should be in good working order, but has a very loud mechanical noise. after a few dodgy purchases from Aldi, won't be buying from there again.  Show details

Good price though a bit noisy for bedroom – This fan works well in a small soon such as a bedroom. It's a great price at $39.99 when comparative models are at least twice the price. It does a good job when you're awake, eg when my child is doing homework in her room. However it's a bit noisy when the house is quiet and she's trying to sleep.  Show details

Awesome fan – These fans are great. We bought our first one last year and were so impressed, we have bought two more. They are relatively quiet. They are safe for kids. The remote is a good idea. They take up much less space than a pedestal fan, and work better. Highly recommended and great value.  Show details

Good experiences – This was better than I expected. Very quiet so we could have it running overnight or we could program a time. Would have given it 5 stars except for the crappy remote. You had to be standing within arms distance for it to work, so defeated the purpose.Definitely great value for money.  Show details

This is so good – I recently purchased Aldi tower style fan. It has remote control to use easy. Firstly, this is quiet and a little noise but it isn't bother me. Secondly, most tower fan is safe I think. This is safe too. Thirdly, the price of this is so cheap compare with Dyson. I would recommend this to everyone.  Show details

DARN GOOD – It is so good that Idecided to buy another one for my workshop. The trouble with Aldi as against other retailers, they don't keep regular stock. There was none left when I went back several days after my purchase. My message is....if you need a fan and see this available, go for it. You wont be disappointed.  Show details

Great product – It arrived today, I bought the premium tower from eBay and I am very very happy. less than 5 minutes to put the stand together, plug it in and away it goes. The circulation of air is fabulous. I am very happy with the presentation, and the whole item. No complaints from me, I would buy another one. Fabulous fan, easy to put together, plug it in and wow it is strong, attractive and easy on the eye
