When queried before dispatch, the retailer took approximately 15 days to respond and refused to correct the pricing difference, instead asking for proof of their own advertised prices. They also failed to confirm a basic technical question about downrod compatibility, deferring it until after the holiday period(still unresolved). As a result, $128 was overcharged and not resolved. Pricing transparency and after sales support were inadequate.
