refusal to comply with their original quote, eg 2 couriers in the quote, and only 1 courier assigned to upload/offload my table. So, I had to help (I'm 70 years old & petite in size). Additionally - & even more importantly - extra work was done on the table without authorisation. This whole situation eventually forced me into a year-long legal battle with them. Even after a court ruled in my favour, the company refused to comply with the official court order. Getting my property back has been an incredibly stressful and expensive ordeal for me. If you value your time, money and peace of mind I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for furniture services. These people took our table, finished our expensive table with a different finish on top. Tried calling but no help and now ignoring our calls. Our lawyer sent them an email with the complaint and no response. They take your money and don't give a d#mn about their customers.

& responsive when seeking your business, but once they have your money, they don't want to know you. Also, poor quality service when collecting & returning our furniture. They use a truck which has no lift mechanism & then claim to need an extra person (& money) for furniture to be returned.The extra person did next to nothing. Bronwyn & Peter

This company will provide an initial quote based on photos and assure you everything looks fine - only to hit you with significant additional charges, post completion of works (in my case, nearly $800 or around 15% of the original quote) without any prior notice. When raised, they attempted to justify it by referring to their contract; however, the contract clearly states that any additional costs are to be discussed and approved beforehand - which did not happen.

Communication has been extremely poor throughout. Like many other reviews suggest, once there is an issue; they become difficult to deal with, avoid any form of accountability and are almost impossible to get ahold of over the phone.

To make matters worse, they are still holding my shutters in their warehouse with minimal effort to resolve the situation.

The core issue here is not just the cost - it’s the blatant lack of transparency, ethics, and accountability.

Proceed with caution…or better yet, not at all!

Didn’t coat the metal table and chairs properly so it was rusting after 1 month outside and now it is much worse..Rang and emailed them but they wouldn’t answer. Avoid at all costs.

I had my bedroom furniture stripped back and on return delivery 1 of the bedside cabinets was dropped and chipped and also a few mimor dents also there were a lot of the screws missing from the handles, first email back they were going to look for the missing screws, that was a couple of months ago, now they are not returning my calls or emails… Read more
