Great watch. As robust as you could wish for – I've had this watch for 8 years now. It's been great. Battery needed changing 4 years ago and needs changing again now. Local Tissot dealer says it has to go back to Switzerland for battery change and service. That gets expensive, but once every 4 years isn't too bad. Original cost was about $1000 so I would expect many more years service from this one yet.

Just as a follow up. Today I got stuck in thick, black, muddy quicksand. I had to claw my way out ,still wearing my Tissot watch. When I eventually got out and got home, I just hosed down including my watch, everything still perfect

Good – Whilst Tissot may not be as well known as say Seiko or Casio they nevertheless mak some very good watches. This particular Titanium watch is quite spectacular and definitely garners attention to the wearer. Its a rather robust watch and there is a certain heft to it when you wear it. The digital display is clear and easy to read. due to its titanium manufacture it is a very sturdy watch and is very resistant to sratches or dings. It is a very good watch at quite a resonable price. It is a little heavy on the hand but you do get used to it.
