times to reassure me that what I wanted could be achieved and there was never any pressure to take the easy way out. The final contract signing process was also a painless process. Secondly, Darren Nichols who was in charge of preparing and pouring the concrete slab. Darren was very down to earth and very realistic. I was amazed at the way he worked tirelessly on his own to prepare for the pour. I am by no means being disrespectful but for a guy his age he would have put many a young gun to task in order for them to keep up with him.

Thirdly, unfortunately I cant remember his name, is the young lad who delivered the shed. This guys was the most considerate and helpful individual I have come across in some time. He went above and beyond my expectations ensuring everything delivered was placed appropriately in a safe place. He also offered to move some old fencing away from the slab as he knew I wasn't capable of doing this myself. His offsider, who although I didn't have much dealing with, also seemed polite and was helpful in the delivery process. Lastly, Scott and Riley who built the shed on site. Both of these guys were very courteous and professional. The team work displayed was admirable and a pleasure to watch. They worked tirelessly to achieve each stage of the works to be completed in what I consider a fantastic time frame. Scott in particular deserves an extra mention as he returned the following to complete the roof of the shed on his own. From the time he arrived he worked non stop in order to complete the build. Whilst doing this he also made time to converse with me about not only the works he was doing but other general conversational topics. Please pass on my thanks to your team members who have worked in a professional and courteous manner. contact after me sending many chasing emails to Titan for a few weeks, he was quite responsive and we arranged a site inspection with my earthworks guy, but he never showed up. I called many times over a few weeks with no answer. I went back to Titan and they chased him up and blamed the weather, yet during that same period I managed to complete major earthworks with clean fill, retaining walls, stone walls and concrete paths (with many other companies) with only about a week and a half delay from rain.

Weeks passed with no word despite my attempted calls to [Name Removed]…so I cancelled the concrete work and arranged someone else myself. A few hours after emailing Titan about the cancellation, [Name Removed] suddenly called saying he could start in two days!!!…and threw in “been trying to call you, you never answer,” which, in this modern age of phone ownership is clearly major nonsense straight from [Name Removed]’s mouth.

Titan somewhat apologised but still claimed that a week and a couple of days here and there of bad weather explained nearly two months of delays and no-shows.

The delivery of the shed was pretty swift once I informed them my concrete was finally done, and the builder came out about 2 weeks after delivery and finished building it within a week.

In total, it took about 6 months to build this shed, when tiff told me it’ll take about 10 weeks “weather depending” of course.

Summary of review. Shed good. Joe foley bad.

We cannot give a review on the product, as it has not been erected yet. Delivered the carport on the 22nd of May. No phone calls since. We have to make the phone calls to find out what maybe happening, but no follow up phone calls from Titan, to inform us of any prospective installation dates. Does this 'service' rate a zero star rating. We think so.

Shed not a palace – sale pitch I would give them a % start rating for, they know how to up sale there product, no real harm in that every car salesperson does that right! but its the missing details that they fall short on, my case was the slab, for which they charged me an initial 3k for then I had to pay the concreter for any additional work needed. the additional cost may upfront like any sane person would do? was initially told around $1300 potentially by the Titan sales rep, he also did admit its not his filed of expertise so it was a gestimate at best !

when their recommended concreater showed up was a different story ! he oversold his position way to hard and was talking about a 20t excavator to level a 290mm difference in the 6m slab, retaining walls, and potentially having to remove the fence to navigate their excavator and gave me a quote of 12k for a 3.8 x 6m slab!!! which I politely showed him the gate. I later contacted the sales rep and kindly refused his recommended concrete Engineer, which lead to a heated debate and some foul language by the sales rep when I told him he was wrong and he could not handle the critique, so, unfortunately, titan had already taken 7k out of my pocket without producing much, after a local search I found an honest concreater who offered to do the slab to titans requirements for half the price Titan was looking at charging me after placing my family jews in the vice.

Nevertheless, the crew that built the shed did a great job in installing it and look neat and well put together.

is it better than the competition? No about the same nothing special but did leave a bitter taste in having to deal with a slimy sales rep who may have taken advantage of so many hard-working Ozzies along with his concrete mate!

Titan if you are going to offer a turn-key solution which is great, tick all the boxes not do not alow room for abuse to your customers.

I have worked for Titan. So know the product well.Have erected other types of sheds and Titan is by far the Best .I have used them for all my sheds over the years. Show reply

Ordered a 6x11m shed in Feb. Finally finished last week (21 Nov 25). Overall the quality and finish seems excellent. The shed had a baptism of fire during a storm in SE QLD over the weekend, and it held up well, just a tiny amount of water driven in under the garage door.
