the center. My complaint is with the advertising of misleading information. The advertised price for an implant at this center was $3200.00. When you make an appointment for a consultation it is free which is very good. However they need an OPG Xray before they can assess whether you are eligible for an implant. This is $79.00 up front. Then on top of the $3200.00 there are added fees and procedures. Some are Bone graft $300, Provisional denture while waiting 4 months for the implant and crown to be completed is another $500. Plus a surgical guide per arch which was charged on the first visit of $99.00. All together my one implant which I thought was going to cost $3200.00 was going to cost me $5073.00.

With Value Dental Center you also need to become a member to access the service for $79.00. When I asked about this membership, I was told it was a requirement, due to keeping their costs lower than other dental places. I then advised the friendly receptionist that I had a cheaper quote from another dentist of $4100.00. She didn't really have an answer for me.

The first dental clinic I went to advertised a price of $2780.00 for one implant and crown. At the end of the consultation the price was going to end up as $4100.00. So this seems to be normal practice and procedure in dental advertising.

This review is written for other would be customers to be aware of all added costs above the advertised cost for an implant before you make an appointment. This should be made clear at the advertising stage. Thank you

My Value Dental dentist was amazing, very professional and talked me through the whole procedure, which took almost 12 months. Disgraceful Customer Service! – First, $100 joining fee. Advertised $3,000 implants. After fixing a fallen crown which was paid, went for an X-ray for the implant. Great value for a smile makeover – Had 10 crowns done - fantastic result at a great price. So happy that I have gone back to get an implant done on the bottom jaw.
