Vittoria Instant Coffee

Vittoria Coffee Latte was 100% Arabica and made in Germany to now a blended coffee made in Vietnam and now tastes terrible. Time to find a new brand, Mocona did this with their Classic No.5 and that's also disgusting to taste.

This is the worst tasting instant coffee I’ve brought. The large jar is brined after one mouthful even after adding extra sugar. It tastes like a cereal blend coffee. A flavour I haven’t witnessed since the early 1980s. I am being 100% honest. 18 dollars in the bin. I wouldn’t give this away even. Good luck with this product. Show details

has been disgusting. I have not been able to get halfway through a jar. I would even happily choose Nescafe over Vittoria now. I have just found out that to save money Vittoria has moved their production to Vietnam when it used to be in Germany and they have started using a blend instead of 100% Arabica beans. I am writing a warning for others who might think they got a bad jar and buy it again only to be coffeeless and disappointed. Sadly it will happen to you on all Vittoria from now on unless you are lucky enough to find one of the older German ones. R.I.P Vittoria. On the plus side I will drink a lot less coffee now. Back to Moccona but it never matched how good Vittoria used to be.

I have tried to give feedback to Vittoria coffee about a dodgy jar of coffee I have just opened. On their website there are no contact details, only FAQs about their online delivery service. The most terrible instant coffee in my opinion, no smell of coffee and the taste is a hard one to swallow, as to me it doesn't have a great coffee taste, i will give it praise for it having a great jar for the 400grm and thats about it. Victoria instant coffee USED TO BE the best I HAD ever tasted, been drinking it for over 2 years now. Unfortunately it has done a complete 180 and has gradually become awfully. Also at first 1 teaspoon was enough it's gradually needed more and more, I'm now up to 3 teaspoons for the same strength also it has become inconsistent in taste 1 jar to the next. I've decided to stop buying it

The best supermarket instant coffee – I drink a lot of coffee, both brewed and instant. Not a coffee snob but enjoy good flavour, my local uses Wide Open Road beans which I love. I reckon this is the best supermarket instant on the market and the 400g jars are one of the only reasons I set foot inside a Coles. 100% Arabica and absolutely knocks the pants off Moccona, both in the cup and the court room. Show details

have only just discovered it is all Aussie when I read about Moccona's hissy fit over the jars ....I have never cared for their coffee....no way I would mistake which was which⁉.....My daughter uses Vittoria beans....they have a full on coffee machine.

Delicious, sometimes I do not bother with espresso – The newer instant coffee, including their decaf are delicious. I have an espresso machine and still go for this for iced drinks and perfectly happy with it when travelling. coffee for the 1st time i was very disappointed,it had no taste no Aroma,i drank half the cup and poured the rest down the sink. The Vittoria large empty glass jar is worth $2, sadly i hated the coffee,maybe the darker mountain roast version is better. Their are better freeze dried instant coffee's available for $7 for 200gram size.

Attricious – Forget about the disgusting Maccona, bitter ALDI's classic, rubbish Vittoria & bland Nescafe blend 43. and does not leave an aftertaste like Moccona and Robert Tims. Roberts Tims is still a good coffee among the top like Vittoria. But Vittoria gives you the strength of a barista made coffee with a pleasant smooth taste for the daily coffee made at home with a tablespoon of the coffee, half cup of hot water and some skim milk - just perfect!

accustomed to with Moccona. The Vittoria I found pleasant and smooth, so did the other family member who have tried it. So for me, I will go for Vittoria now, only because of the bullying tactics of Moccona alerted me to a better freeze dried brew was available.

Love this coffee – Thank you Vittoria coffee for making instant coffee wonderful again. Brilliant don't change the recipe ever. Moccona did and they lost me. the trouble to make a `proper' coffee. And I would choose this over pods or bags any day of the week (though having said that, the Vittoria coffee bags are also superior to others out there). There are four varieties - Original, Mountain, Latte, Espresso. I don't have a favourite, they're all minor variations on a theme, but all are excellent. How do they do it? I have no idea, but in my view this product completely changes the game for instant coffee. And you can even get it in some supermarkets in the extra large jars now which are much more cost effective. Hooray!
