longer available and so am I. It always sold out so why remove it for things like nutty flavours that not many truly find 'pleasing' Please please return the Vienna velvet back to shelves.. even if it's just the 400g ones. I will continue to order as many as I could.
Jarrah Latte

unique, rich, chocolatey taste that seems to be complemented, I’ve just discovered, by topping up with pure cream and just a touch of raw sugar. Delicious! Let’s hope I can find some on the top, lone shelf of some little used supermarket.

Pure Milk – The only way to enjoy this coffee ☕ is to place 1. 1 teaspoon of raw sugar in a mug 2. Fill the mug 3 quarters full with Cold milk. 3. Heat in microwave for 1/1/2 minutes. 4. Place 1 teaspoon of Alcafe gold coffee, stir.

coffee uses lot of chemicals to wash away the caffeine, and probably some of that is irritating the throat lining. Just putting it out there for anyone else feeling the same, or for a new customer to have this consideration.
I think Robert Timms coffee is of good quality and taste. Consistently good and leaves me wanting more! Show details

quality coffee but I expect flavour in return. The same applies for most instant coffee brands. Also make sure you add the coffee with the milk before heating in the microwave as it forms bitter coffee Lumps or granules.

over the last few years. It is certainly not worth the high price of $14.50, may need to investigate why they have changed the ingredients. I got two of my friends drinking it as well, they say the same, it seems to have lost the main body of what may it taste so good.

Bland taste. Very disappointing instant coffee. Two stars only because I was feeling generous – Bland taste. A total disappointment. One of the worst instant coffees that I have ever tried. Think Pablo quality. Perhaps comparable to dishwater which I have not yet tasted, fortunately. Show details

"coffee extract", 6% chicory extract (found in imitation coffee substitutes like Caro), and the rest is sugar, colours and flavours to make it seem more like coffee.

nothing. Its a very fine powder which looks like Caro coffee but fails miserably on taste. Pablo, Copper Kettle? Has the same taste ... This tastes just the same, only at 2-1/2 times the price. This is the kind of coffee you buy only once, When you cant get nothing else...? To get anything out of it, you have to put at least 2-1/2 teaspoonfuls in a cup. to get a taste! My advice: don’t bother. Try the Nescafe Blend 43 Mild Roast Instant Coffee | 150g Or Nescafe Blend 43 Espresso Instant Coffee | 150g they are a lot better

This review is for the Jarrah French Vanilla latte sachets which I found at Woolies on special. I would have to say it's kind of bland but way better than the attricious Nescafe sachets. The good thing is they only have 5.2 grams of sugar.

Victoria oro nero instant is the worst coffee I have ever tasted. Total waste of money. Never realised it would be so bad compared to the mountain grown instant.
Good smooth coffee – The only coffee blend that won't cause acidity and irritation. Doesn't cause irritation due to its smooth, well-balanced flavor profile and lower acidity compared to other coffee varieties. Show details

For the past year and a half to two years, I’ve noticed a growing inconsistency in the taste of Nescafé Gold. I’ve been a loyal drinker for many… Read more
years, so I know exactly how it should taste — but lately, some jars are perfectly fine while others have a noticeably unpleasant, “off” flavour that makes the coffee not drinkable.
To rule out other causes, I’ve swapped milk, tried cream, changed water sources, and even adjusted how I prepare it. No matter what I change, the issue still appears intermittently, and the only consistent variable is the coffee itself. This leads me to believe that certain batches may be affected, whether through production changes, storage conditions, or quality variation.
As someone who has relied on Nescafé Gold for years, this inconsistency has been disappointing. When it’s good, it’s great — but when it’s not, it’s genuinely not drinkable. And at this point, the inconsistency is costing me not only money but real frustration — especially when I’m longing for a good cup of coffee and end up with yet another “off” batch. If this continues, I’ll have no choice but to find a new brand, because reliability matters just as much as flavour.
