Joel and his team, Jack and Saul, have recently finished some work at my little house and I can not speak more highly about the whole experience with them. Always on time, so respectful and friendly. Joel and Josh did a fantastic job restoring my 100 year + windows, both casement and sash. The sash windows had to have their ropes and lead weights renewed. They look amazing and for the first time in many years function like they have only just been installed. Joel ensured the intergrity and age of my home was respected. He helped me chose colours for the hallway that fit with the federation time and I'm very happy with the whole job.

Great Job and would use again – Great attention to detail. Excellent communication and professional from start to finish. They were very neat and tidy and even scraped and cleaned the windows on completion. They were happy to use my left over paint as well so it didn't go to waste. Reasonably priced and fast working. Joel went above and beyond to squeeze us in despite being extremely busy so we were very grateful.

Merindah maintenance – I worked with Joel for over 3 months. We undertook large projects on residential and commercial properties. On these projects we would do the best job possible for the customer using the best products and tools. Joel was fair and always paid us on time. My experience was a good one and I’d recommend Merindah maintenance to any potential customers.

After completion – Hired the services of Merindah Maintenance services – Joel Watson, for repainting outside windows and doors. The job was done in time and properly – no complain. Joel requested to be paid extra for time spraying the wasp nest – which proved to be totally useless as it has to be done by a pest removal.

Paint marks had to be scrubbed off wooden floor in the bedrooms, the decks, the windows, the toilet seat in both bathrooms, and the kitchen sink. I was not expecting to have to clean so much after them.
