re-assessments, to attract funding to themselves, essentially gaming the assessment system.

Many clients including myself do not know that an eSAT cannot be used to take payment away, but they do attract funding to the provider. Job Service Providers take advantage of this by triggering multiple inappropriately triggered assessments as "change of circumstances" on Centrelink's system, where there has been none, once you hit 8 hours or less you end up as a volunteer with someone like Wise Employment once the other Inclusive Employment Australia providers are done claiming/gaming the funding system whilst not placing clients into sustainable employment within their capacity.

These eSAT assessments are meant to be used for change of working capacity that is demonstrated, not deliberately misused by service providers where there has been no change in the initial capacity to attract funding either directly or indirectly which they then don't pass on to the client as assistance in gaining employment.

Make sure you get in writing what they are going to provide you in the 6 months leading up to wage subsidies, so that you aren't just the $122.44 per 28-day period service fee, especially once the other providers knock your working capacity to below 8 hours instead of what it was when you entered the disabiliy **Employment** industry.

This is the worst employment agency I have encountered. No follow ups unless I kept following up and knocking on the door - which I did several times. disappointing experience with Wise but my friend who is with another Wise agency in a different suburb has also been put on hold when the staff is ready.

My friend shared me the resumue provided to her from Wise and it is appauling! I will help her as much as I can.

You people are more focused on your day to day blah blah and Centrelink credits and have NO IDEA how to help those in need.

No sense of management or care - your management should be ashamed of yourselves!

I have had Arvin from Wise employment in Victoria Park taking care of my file. Arvin has been very responsive and professional in the way he dealt with me. On top of that Arvin is genuinely a very nice person with lots of empathy and a great smile even when things are tough! I would highly recommend him and I am sure he would be a great fit in any organisation thanks to his great personality and professionalism.

Avoid the Bendigo franchise, and especially a lady named Pauline there. They are homophobic and bigoted, will make fun of you behind your back and don't actually care to help you. If you have a stutter, Pauline will laugh at you. She's a callous cow and the business supports her

I had to get a form filled out by a GP, they wouldn't accept a letter confirming my condition. I'm not paying any more money to access a service that should be free.

Kinda disappointed at the service. They don’t help you find a job you pretty much have to apply for the jobs and sit the interview yourself. The only thing they kinda help with is creating the resume which you could get the same help at the local library. No job recommendation or job protection. applications and expect you to do the rest. When you don’t do all the work they go “it’s a two way street, I can’t do this alone”. I sat there thinking you submitted two job applications and you didn’t even help me right it you rushed the whole application on ChatGPT. Free version of it too. In the end they exit me from their service because I’m too disabled for them to find me a job. I ended getting a job as a paralegal but I didn’t even bother informing them.

I have worked with Jav Malik (Wise Employment) for a few months. Sad to see her move to another office. Jav has been my rock in advising me how to look for work and also helping me with job searches and sending me for training and helping me to get suitable work clothes. and they withdrew job offer. They didn’t bother telling her until she rang them. When asked for feedback she was “unenthusiastic’ in her final interview. One they never said it was an interview and she told them she was at her work. If this is the way they treat staff imagine how they treat clients. Toxic dont work for these people.
