Worldmax TV Box 6Pro

Worldmax tv 6pro is the worst. every time you startup it plays a long startup video which you can't cancel or press the home button -live tv never works well, keeps loading and stopping so you have to watch everything on VOD -VOD episodes dont have episode dates and number like the 5g model did -dosn't automatically play next episode like the 4g model did. Dosen't have the 'play next episode' option -screen saver doesn't have the time/clock option like the 4g/5G model -remote control is tiny and doesn't work well. -TV Box is too fat with a bright green and red standby light which stays on all day. No blue clock time display like the 5G model. -cant even press the power button on the remote as it just gives you 3 options to either sleep, reboot or shutdown. its anoying! just shut off! No support given. cant email as they just tell you to call them. Needs a massive update. DONT UPGRADE. STICK WITH 4G OR 5G BOX

This is the latest upgraded model for worldmax with 6k capabilities to upscale. Software needs to be upgraded if had more than 6 months as to solve most issues, including wifi. We need to contact our authrismzed supplier if major issues with the box. Customer Service lines may be busy so good idea to drop a msg or send email to them. First contact should be our suppliers as any other product does. If issues with channels or VOD you can report directly from the box. Agree some channels have issues but there are multiple links. Before buying an IPTV , good idea to understand how it works. All IPTV boxes working same way and have similar issues. My wifi issue was resolved once upgraded software vis the resellers assistance.

Customer service is almost big zero (0). We had serious buffering issues with Worldmax setup box despite 100mbps internet download and 20 Mbps upload speed. We reached number of times through their customer care number but no response at all. After that, we sent an email with the problem, received their reply with the instructions and we followed their instructions step by step, the setup box is showing now year 2020 and below contents but not showing any latest and updated serials, shows, movies etc. we have been trying number of times to reach them by replying their instructions email, by so many times contacting them through customer support but no one has replied yet and we can't use their setup box. So frustrating, annoying, helpless, hopeless services, when we call them, no one receives the call at first instant and always we have to send voice messages with our number but hardly we hear from them. If possible, I can give them negative ratings for their hopeless services.

Bought it directly from worldmax website. Was hesitant but very happy as it working fine. Got various channels and movies including English to watch. Happy with product. Enjoying. No regrets
