why. Visible dirt on most of the panels that could be rubbed off with a rag or finger, streaky glass inside, vacuum work left dirt and materials in the corners and edges of the interior. Staff member tried to explain that removing dirt during the wash was not part of the service and they just spray the car with a hose. I can do that at home for nothing thanks. If I take my car to be professionally cleaned, I expect just that. The 5 extra minutes it would have taken to actually pay attention to detail is not an unreasonable expectation.
Also had trouble understanding the staff as they were all indian immigrants. Perhaps someone who speaks clear english would help resolve issues better.

through. Only now upon checking their Facebook page do I realise that they are no longer operating indefinitely. Absolutely no effort was made on their part to contact me to let me know this. Not a single courtesy call or anything. When I originally booked a few weeks ago, the woman on the phone was quite rude and unfriendly and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She was doing her best to push me off the phone so she could hang up. This was 3 days before the company stopped operating so she would have known she was wasting my time but didn't bother to tell me. This is poor customer service on their part. Don't bother with these guys if they open up again.

to Mitchell Express Self Serve Tunnel Car Wash. Both times, I've used Waves Gungahlin the rear of the car is always still dusty, dirty, dripping wet with soap suds inside & marks still outside the rear windscreen (see photos). This is supposed to be worth $52 per wash..$35 if you are a member. Time to go elsewhere for the car wash or DIY with a bucket!

cars.Washing the side of the car is okay, but the bonnet and roof can be difficult, so a place like this is Needed there are no disabled parking spots and entry into the premises is made difficult by a steep ramp and outward opening door. In writing this, l am unsure if the door on the eastern side is used, as it has no push/pull on handles to indicate you can enter here

Arrive and they refuse to do it unless I buy their $169 package!!
When pressed asking them just to vacuum and wipe down for the $69 package they refused!
This is a marketing trap!

Even if you’ve paid for the full contract the full wash expires even though they changed their policy of not washing on the weekend Generally, the staff are very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, there’s always that one that has terrible customer service.

wax and the whole works. He tried to push a detail on me even though the car is still fairly knew. I'm like I just want to see if your as good as it says. Let me tell you I should of know that when I went there earlier in the morning and I seen them using dirty worn out rags I should of stopped them there. Absolutely filthy the car is worse then when I got it scratches all over it. The so called tyre shine didn't Evan last the evening the car wasn't vacuumed or wash properly.The mats were drenched in water thrown back on the carpet they didn't vacuum propley had to pull over and take the mats out and dry them that's when I seen under the mats the car was not vacuumed propley. The windows are all smuged. On top of that the so called wax is not really a wax was dirty the next morning. I paid alot of money for the dodgest wash of my life. If I wanted to wash the car with dirty microfiber cloths and $2 sponges I would have rather taken it to a drive thru car wash. Was planning on tinting my windows there AND get a detail in the definitely won't be going back. They done that so you go back and get a detail.

didn't realise how bad the swirls were until I saw the car after. Looks better than when I bought it. Sam knows his stuff — IGL Coatings installer, takes his time, doesn't rush the job. Easy to book, showed up, car was done when he said it would be. No dramas. If you're in Canberra and want it done properly, don't waste your time elsewhere.

attention to detail and process. They have two separate workshops. One for ceramic coatings, high end detailing and one for washing. Their set up is purpose-built and ultra professional. My car wasn't exactly a Porsche (Ford Focus) but they treated it like one. Can't recommend the team highly enough. They set the bar for professionalism and results.

Reign, the tinting was included, so cancelled the other tinting and arranged to get the full package. Brock responded quickly to questions via emails or calls and explained the different types of paint protection and the warranties available. I took the car in straight from the dealer. He spotted the stickers on the wheel rims and said he'd remove them before working on the rims. I asked about dash cams and he was happy to install while the car was with him. Picantos have a smaller fuse than usual and Brock researched ways to connect the cams and kept me in the loop the whole way. Car looks great and I am very happy with the service.

left it with Wonthaggi Detailing--including black mold. When I arrived to collect it that car looked as if just driven off the car lot. The inside was immaculate and smelled beautiful. Even the filter on the air-conditioner had been changed--which, apparently, it hadn't been changed in five years, despite regular servicing. The cost was reasonable despite all the work that had been put into the rejuvenation of my five-year-old car--which included extras such as a thorough steam clean. Thank you, Daryl!

and the prices were very reasonable. The staff, a family owned asnd operated business have been going for many years, and were caring and friendly. Even though they were quite busy, I did not have to wait long at all, and I received a complimentary coffee at the attached cafe, at which I also ate lunch. The cafe servied Vietnamese food and the service was attentive and the food very nice. This will be my go to car wash from now on.

to Dominant Detailing in Benalla to see what they could do to remove the sap and bring the paint work back to its original condition. Alex knew exactly what need to be done to remove the sap and the explained to me a ceramic protective coating would be the best option to get the swirl marks out of the clear coat and make the paintwork shine again. Alexs knowledge of his craft, excitement to do the job and great quote conviced me l had bought my car to the right place. Alex and his crew spent 19 hours over 3 days removing the sap and layering the whole car in Ethos ceramic coating. Alex's post detailing service was excellent, he even showed me how to wash my car to ensure the ceramic coating cared for correctly. I cant recommend Dominant Detailing enough, my car looks awesome and the Ethos ceramic protective coating is a great product.
