charged a higher amount. When queried before dispatch, the retailer took approximately 15 days to respond and refused to correct the pricing difference, instead asking for proof of their own advertised prices. They also failed to confirm a basic technical question about downrod compatibility, deferring it until after the holiday period(still unresolved). As a result, $128 was overcharged and not resolved. Pricing transparency and after sales support were inadequate.

Fans are great just a shame they are white and the remote control is black.

issues when I would shower but it has been reduced significantly using the Luna. The unit is also a lot quieter than what I was using previously. Great unit and I think everyone should use it if they want something easy and quick and does a great job.

larger fans which can move upwards of 16000m per minute.

The airflow is quite directional so not much air movement unless you are directly under the fan.

The integrated light is excellent - bright and very good spread.

The remote functions are good but the remote itself looks and feels very cheap. Also the fan doesn't beep when accepting commands from the remote (as many other fans do), so it's sometimes hard to tell if it has registered the button press from the remote. This can make general use a tad hit and miss and occasionally frustrating.

Ease of installation is average - a fair bit of assembling and a bit more manual wiring than some other fans.

Installation instructions aren't very good. A few errors in the diagrams and the ceiling cover is fiddly to fit. Also the instructions reference additional blade attachment screws for the 48 inch model. There are three additional holes in the top of the blades on this 42 inch model and the are 4 additional screws in the box, but they don't appear to fit anywhere. So not really sure what's happening there?

Overall I think this fan is fine, but I've taken one star off for the slightly clunky installation instructions and the lack of feedback to remote commands.
