cannot be closed properly. I am afraid it will attract small attract small insects at night. I wasn’t happy about the products at all. I did mention to return two bottles to them and get a refund but they did not respond to me directly. I also bought some other stuff. They did refund me the hand towels because one of them hasn’t been sewn the loop properly! I am a bit disappointed about the quality control of their products & hope they can check them properly before shipment. Overall the price is reasonable but the quality control is unpredictable!

purchase 2-3 bags at a time, but now it is a gamble as to whether this bag will be edible or not. Very disappointed in the quality control that is allowing entire batches of chips to be packed up to sell when they are brown and burnt.

obvious lack of flavour is evident by the pale colour of the product! Their MAX irregular offerings show they can do a full flavour, evenly flavour bomb but their regular chips are now not worth the packet they come in! also makes Thins and Kettle chips with the exact same ingredients on the back. The list of "natural ingredients" includes "sunflower and/or canola oil," which are chemically refined oils made with petroleum-based solvents, so the "natural" branding isn't trustworthy after all.

They lack so much flavor compared to what they use to have. They are similar in texture and crunchier but I miss the bold flavour.

Smiths Subway Chips – The new Smiths subway and Tex Mex chips taste rubbish and the offer is not evenredeemable in store (staff say the stores are not participating) and neither smiths nor subway will respond to the issue. Disgusted. Show details

that cooking them until they're brown and crispy takes a bit longer than the instructions recommend but results in a better texture and flavour. Highly recommended!
