packets have doubled in size, which is great. However the price is now $5-72 per packet (Aust Dollars). And worse still, the postage or courier fees are $432 Australian dollars. That's right - four hundred and thirty two dollars. Spoke to a friend the other day, and apparently all the overseas countries are doing these ridiculous postage or courier fees.
Great crunch...perfect for gf tart bases – Very disappointing when you find a gluten free product that tasted great and then it’s unavailable. Your products beat other gf products hands down! Show details
Strong chemical odour of packaging – I love these Kurrajong Kitchen lavosh bites and have been a loyal consumer for numerous years. They are delicious! I rate them a 5! However,… Read more
yesterday purchased a pack and on opening was alarmed by the obvious chemical smell emanating from the cardboard box (which I did not like handling). The inner cellophane bag enclosing the biscuits was fine however & the lavosh were untainted, unspoilt.
This strange odour I have increasingly (and curiously) noticed on other food packaging etc.
Woolworths’ plastic check-out bags, some time ago, reeked very strongly of this same chemical odour. The bags were so strongly contaminated that I complained and was informed, others also had complained about them. (Bread products I purchased needed to be discarded as the fumes had permeated them.) The bags were made in China.
Unfortunately I will not be repurchase Kurrajong Kitchen lavosh until this packaging problem is resolved.
Give them a miss – Rather disappointing, bland and tasteless. Recommend you give these a miss. Show details
Waste of Money – Bought this from Woolworths cookies were stuck together and stale. DO NOT waste your time, would rather buy Coles Homebrand. Show details

indicates on the packaging but I found these cookies rather poor quality. Very crumbly, overly sweet without a chocolate taste at all. Cheap and nasty.
Enjoyed the cookies so much! – Really yummy and delicious, this is now my new favourite. Thank you so much I enjoyed my daily shopping for cookies

New packaging blows – Just bought 10 packs at Coles. And, after opening 1st one, I realised that it's different packaging. It's very poor, the foil breaks after opening and you need a plastic bag to put the pack in. So, bye bye corn thins from Real Foods. Show details

Just had to write a review about these! – Absolutely delicious! Sooo cheesy. Be prepared to eat the entire packet! (Please don't ever let them become less cheesy over time, as we see with some other products. They're amazing as they are now.) Now my favourite snack. Show details

I have eaten Saladas all my life, as we were created the same year. I gave up on them about 5 yrs ago for the reasons others have given in their… Read more
reviews - 1. THEY DONT BREAK ON THE DOTTED LINE, 2. Lacking flavour, 3. Thinner. The Salada concept was unique in the market and that's why they WERE so popular to all ages. Sandwich size, nice amount of salt, could break cleanly into 4 pieces for the kiddies, and a nice thickness. That concept still has no competitors. You've let go of the baton and lost a lot of loyal customers. Every 6 mths or so I buy a pack hoping they've gone back in time, but no, they're still the same crumbly, tasteless, boring biscuit and I'm really sorry about that. That's one of Australia's historical, simple pleasures taken from us, for no reasonable reason. So if you won't take it back to its original form, maybe a competitor will, because there's a hole in our modern Aussie history where the SALADA used to be.

Bought french onion to try and unsure how the first packet came with half a piece missing. Unsure if it's a packaging mistake or worst, poor QC & hygiene concern.... Show details
BEWARE they might be gluten free but they are not wheat free as they contain "hydrolysed wheat". They are also made in Thailand. We found out the hard way with a serious allergic reaction. Show details

where reduced to crumbs. Flavour was still good but useless for dips when in pieces. Am assuming these where crushed before packing which is atrocious when you pay a premium price and get a substandard product. Will not be Buying or recommending to anyone.

Triple Choc Minis – Good size to have in the car for when I need a sugar hit. Also the right size for a snack. I prefer the triple choc (when you can find them to buy)

Co range and so I bought almost a trolley load full of the various flavours for a party, upcoming holidays etc etc. Went back a few weeks later, only to find that my favourite flavour - Honey & Bacon - isn’t available. (Actually, only a couple of flavours are now available.) Checked the www.snackbrands.com.au website but there isn’t a list of crackers to choose from. I’ll be calling their freecall number because these are SOOOOOOO good!!!! I’m not partial to the usual flavours offered by almost all the brands, so this was a wonderful find. I would LOVE to see it back on a regular basis.

comparison. SAO cost over $4.00 packet while the other three retailers sell theirs at 99cents. Woolworths definitely came out on top and mainly because they are contained in a plastic protector inside the package, therefore saving on breakages. Crackers are of good size and crisp. We eat them daily!
Absolutely delicious! – Yum, yum, yum. These crackers are absolutely delicious. Crunchy and chewy with a malt flavour. Great with cheese or dip of your choice, you will find it hard to stop eating these. They are my favourite. Show details

The low of them is that they could have a bit of oil coating them to like keep the flavouring on them and not at the bottom of the bag, but oh well. Around 50% are coated most boxes I buy.
