packets have doubled in size, which is great. However the price is now $5-72 per packet (Aust Dollars). And worse still, the postage or courier fees are $432 Australian dollars. frequently buy their mixes and over the past 18 months the packets have been progressively getting worse. Today I bought a pack; it literally had one "chip" in it and around 70% of the rest was peanuts. If I wanted peanuts I would have bought a packet of peanuts! These guys used to be really good, unfortunately greed and cost-cutting have resulted in a much lower quality product and they're just not what they used to be. Seriously thinking about starting my own version as a competitor because I know I can run circles around what this product has sadly become.

cannot be closed properly. I am afraid it will attract small attract small insects at night. I wasn’t happy about the products at all. I did mention to return two bottles to them and get a refund but they did not respond to me directly. I also bought some other stuff. They did refund me the hand towels because one of them hasn’t been sewn the loop properly! I am a bit disappointed about the quality control of their products & hope they can check them properly before shipment. Overall the price is reasonable but the quality control is unpredictable!

yesterday purchased a pack and on opening was alarmed by the obvious chemical smell emanating from the cardboard box (which I did not like handling). The inner cellophane bag enclosing the biscuits was fine however & the lavosh were untainted, unspoilt.

This strange odour I have increasingly (and curiously) noticed on other food packaging etc.

Woolworths’ plastic check-out bags, some time ago, reeked very strongly of this same chemical odour. The bags were so strongly contaminated that I complained and was informed, others also had complained about them. (Bread products I purchased needed to be discarded as the fumes had permeated them.) The bags were made in China.

Unfortunately I will not be repurchase Kurrajong Kitchen lavosh until this packaging problem is resolved.

flavour all you can taste is sugar. It is sickly sweet. And I have a very sweet tooth. Why does the USA change and spoil everything that is good? Using glucose and fructose just ruins our health and put more money into the company's pocket. Shame on you. I haven't bought Tim Tams for years because of the non flavour now. And just bought a packet this week and yet still not flavour. That's it NO MORE Tim Tams or any other Arnotts Chocolate varieties for me.
