Blake was on time 2pm-4pm and called me on arrival...2.15pm This young man was also professional & enthusiastic and after having a look at my job he fixed a price. It was Billy and his colleague, who loaded all heavy items on the truck in no time, were friendly and happy doing their job. Top customer service once again, and definitely true assets to their team. So professional, reliable and efficient from the starting point to the very last point of customer interaction! eWaste also ensures a responsible recycling of all electronic appliances. Total rip – I contacted this company and at first all was well. However when the driver arrived it was a different story. Was quoted $132 min. for removal, actual price to be given before job. I was very impressed with the whole 1300Rubbish removal process from booking to completion. I was originally contemplating getting a skip bin from another provider, but glad I didn't. 1300Rubbish was a bigger truck and two blokes to do all the heavy lifting at a competitive price. The guys came early and were very thorough and helpful, removing the items we no longer needed. They did a sweep of the house first and then checked regularly to ensure they were removing the right items. concern, and this may be my misunderstanding of the recycling process, but I heard glass breaking when items were put on the truck. I'd assumed that furniture items were repurposed in their entirety but I may be mistaken. If you want your furniture to have a second life with someone else, perhaps op shops may be a better alternative. If you're not fussed about the items you're getting rid of these guys are amazing, quoted fast, were flexible with booking and lifted everything like it weighed no more than a feather.

Driver turned up on time and was careful about parking the truck in a narrow driveway near flat balconies etc. Worked fast and effectively - I helped a bit - and had a good method for clearing out the rooms that needed emptying. Show reply

Very efficient pick up of old videotapes, DVDs and electronic equipment to be destroyed. My only concern is that I had asked the driver to let the company know that I wanted a confirmation that they received my phones and iPad which I wanted completely destroyed but never did receive a confirmation from the company. Nick & Jake were exceedingly kind, helpful and extremely nice men, who took away my junk, even the really heavy things I couldn't possibly have lifted. And they mentioned that the company recycles where possible to charity organisations. Why wouldn't you use this service? I would recommend them to anyone.

$715 QUOTE IS A TOTAL DISGRACE AND THIS IS ON TWO COUCHES. DISGUSTING!!!! – This is a complete rip-off just to take 1x three seater lounge and 1 x Sofa Futon and I have more to be taken but the quote was $ 715 just for these two items. I would like to know what the total would have come two " WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND I TO RIP PEOPLE OFF AS MY FURNITURE IS ALL BASICALLY NEW .
