Lack of interest – Sent online request for quote. Got sms 9/11/24 @ 12:22pm saying Craig will call within 10 minutes. It’s now the 18th and has never called. No longer interested in using his service if he can’t be bothered neither will I!

Never again – Late dropping off bin. Didn’t pick up bin on agreed day. Had to text different operators, leave messages, and called the call centre twice to get any action. Never ever use Jims again.

untrained operators – Hired a bin which was ok they came and picked up and the truck back legs broke my concrete drive way. They didn't want to take bin as they said it was heavy. insurance name. To me that tells me they don't have insurance They want to use there concreter which i said I use one of the the three to repair. They replied I can do that but I have to pay. Now they will not take my calls or texted. The company name is THE GREEN COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY ARE DOGGY PEOPLE THEY BREAK THINGS AND DONT WANT TO PAY.

Roger was a joy to deal with -- responsive, helpful and accommodating. I was unsure about the best size for my job and he worked with me to determine that. In short, it was a great experience from beginning to end.

Very happy with these guys. Dropped the bin off early for us and even picked it up later on the final day which gave us more time to fill the skip. They are the cheapest we could find. Other places were charging $780 for a 6 sq these guys charged heaps less. Thankyou will use again.
