Their customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. The pricing also feels quite high considering the poor level of support provided.
The team who carried out the move were polite, respectful, and hardworking, but the company’s policies and customer service are awful.
I do nooot recommend them.

Rivan truck 24 and his team were excellent. It was a difficult move with lots of heavy items including a pianola but the team did it with care and a smile. The move took much longer than expected but they did it with no complaints and a fantastic attitude. Would highly recommend! Show reply
We had a large 2 story home with 4 bedrooms and office and heavy outdoor furniture. A full garage or racking and a gym set up and the boys had no issues. Very professional very careful with our furniture and good attitude. We used truck #2 mark. Show reply

Follow-up · In answer to the follow up questions: The young men arrived on time, protect wrapped everything that required it, and packed the truck like Tetris - couldnt believe it! Unloaded the truck and placed everything where we wanted them. Even re-assembled one of the beds!

Follow-up · Access in and out of where I was moving from was down a narrow pathway at the back of block had its challenges & made the move more difficult/take longer. Truck 2 with Mark and team did a great job moving us from Beverly Hills to Castle Hill. We were particularly worried about our large entertainment unit but the team remained professional and with some expert maneuvering managed to get it through some very tight places. shout out to Mark truck 2. They've been extremely communicative and supportive through this stressful period. Provided me with packing supplies and reminded me of any extra fees so nothing was a surprise.
They assisted me from moving from northmead, all the way down to Leichhardt, considering the distance and moving they were very quick and effective.

The guys did a good job moving stuff and were friendly. However, they left rubbish in the property and the common areas. (Food wrappers, left over plastic roles etc. ) They also were very pushy about getting a review before the job was even completed. business seems to push some type of policy or procedure to get customers to leave a review for each job which is unnerving. Respectfully, this comes off to encourage more people to take them on and get more business. You shouldn't be insisting that your customers leave a review for a service they’re already paying for. Accept payment, give the people a paper or flyer saying if they are happy with the service to please review here, and leave..
Again, the guys were friendly, they worked hard to get the job done, but I don’t think they should have to push for reviews ontop of the work they’re putting in. More professionalism and organisation on behalf of management is in order in my opinion.
