Our box was delivered & filled rapidly. I had hoped to have it moved on to our next home but I had a metal box rather than a wooden one, therefore too heavy to transport. The delivery for loading my stuff and the storage were quite good. I had some issues with the redelivery and refund process, but customer service contacted me and helped resolve the problem. phone call (in my case, email was not an option). I booked my redelivery online while I was overseas and my phone number wasn’t reachable, so the booking was cancelled - even though I had informed the staff when I first booked the box for loading that I would be overseas, was told a note had been made, and that communicating via email would be okay.

2. My storage period went slightly over one month, so I needed to pay for the additional days. Instead of paying just for the extra days, I needed to pay for a full extra month and then request a refund afterwards. Please note that the insurance fee is not refundable, and the storage fee is charged on a weekly basis rather than a daily basis.

It would be great if the payment option for both storage fees and insurance could be more flexible in the future.

bedroom, 2 storey house. Boxes were collected the next business day and taken to storage.

We had no need to access our boxes while in storage. We moved suburbs from southside to westside of Brisbane. Completion of our new property was delayed so an anticipated 2 month storage arrangement lasted for 6 months. Due to the monthly rental contract, there was no need to contact anyone or have to explain why we needed to extend - just keep paying the storage fee!

Upon our new property (3 bedroom apartment) being made available - the Taxibox service was identical in reverse - arrived at designated time; helpful with placement of taxiboxes to assist removalists in the carpark of an apartment building/delivery via lifts. Removalists again productive in clearing the boxes and very careful when delivering furniture into the premises. Boxes cleared at the nominated time the following day.

In short - professional, punctual, personable and always responsive if required.

Sadly we have no future plans to move again, but if we do, Taxibox will be the first people we call. Highly recommended.

(since I loved on a main road and the regular delivery service wasn't available). My delivery was initially rescheduled to a day later which I couldn't do (my mate who was helping wouldn't have been available) and they were able to shift things around and keep the original time for me. Moved interstate and it was all pretty easy.

Excellent prompt service, friendly delivery and pick up people, quality boxes. We were struggling to pack the house because everything seemed in the way, having the taxiboxes out the front meant I could easily organize and the stress of clutter eased. Show details

Having internal rails in the boxes and making strapping available would give greater confidence that items would be secure and less likely to be damaged in transit. Otherwise, all good. Show details

The driver had clearly had a bad start to the day, the arrival was delayed multiple times and when he did arrive the driver was constantly saying ‘f this’, ‘f that’ to my parents who were there to receive the taxi box. The delivery guys were great. The major downside, it is nearly impossible to speak to an actual person from Taxibox on the phone and to get exact delivery/collection times. When this is crucial (i.e you're hiring labour to help by the hour) it can be very expensive.
