belongings (from a 2 bed apartment!). We had to throw out all our frozen food because it took so long. Submitted a complaint and their response was that they can't commit to time and offered a $50 voucher with them (move cost $800). Will never use them again!

I spent 2 weeks trying to come to amicable solutions, however company continued to deny despite proof. ACCC report with Affidavits and photographs .Price quoted for 3 people $1850 - actual $2600. 1 able worker only, the other drove the truck. Disgusting company. From Redbank Plains to Storage at Augustine Heights - never ever again.

some of the paint. Problem 3. Used my leaf blower to clean out their truck without my permission. The blower no longer works. The second use of their services was a disappointing experience, especially in the light of my previous removal with them. Due to the level of inconsistency of the quality of the work, I would suggest that potential clients request to see the credentials of the removalists CBD intends to use and any direct feedback of their work. Personally, rather than go to the bother, I'll use a different provider.
Follow-up · TV Packing: Noting offers made. Damage: Glass.cabinet was damaged because the put incorrect tape to hold the doors closed. The wood surrounds were.damaged when I removed the.tape. Other frames.damaged during the move. Blower: No offer made; but to be fair; I have not made.contact.with them since the move. I have put it down to experience and a reminder not to use.CBD again.

After carefully explaing to the sale rep what needs to be moved. They suggested 4 men and two trucks,. $260 an hour. It took them 2 days and 5 truck loads?!!? Will never use this company again!!!!!

Cheap and nasty! Specifically used to move a piano and house, asked again about the piano on arrival and got told no problem then they loaded the truck with the house stuff and then told me they could not move the piano. Was also just students not removalists so they had no idea. Just terrible.

Absolutly useless. Booked time between 7 and 9 am no show. Phoned 6 times over the next hour trying to get answers as to where truck is, no one could give me an answer. Finally got told oh truck broke down, oh truck wouldn’t start. Now been told half hour away, we will see. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We already disassembled all the items at home and even moved pretty much everything ourselves, besides the big stuff that doesn’t fit a car. Now we’re worried that we are left stranded with no place to stay overnight.
And how did CBD movers responded to this? “We understand “ & “We’re going to make sure it’s hassle free for you and your family”.
Ridiculous, we don’t even know where we are going to sleep tonight. They said they will try to send someone even if its late let’s see how it goes. I will definitely be sending them bills for a hotel, the cleaner rebooking fee, overlapping rent costs etc….. if it doesn’t happen today
Save yourself the hassle and avoid them at all cost.
*Update* Rescheduled for 7-9 first pick-up Movers came 10:30am the next day and has demanded for me to pay an extra $100 to move because of stairs, when the company already have already included extra $60 for them. As soon as I called the company they ran away and left in a heart beat.
NOTE: They atleast gave a refund on the booking fee

I was also told in advance that the team would come equipped with the necessary tools to disassemble furniture if required. However, they arrived without even basic tools like a screwdriver, forcing me to source tools myself. More concerning was the damage caused during the move. My desk was damaged when one of the movers stepped on it. When I raised this on the spot, I was told to go to Bunnings myself to fix it, which is completely unacceptable. I escalated the issue with the company expecting at least an apology and some accountability, but instead received excuses and no willingness to take responsibility. Overall, very poor service and a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company. Rating: 0/10 – buyer beware.
